Bought this to try and then my boyfriend stole it. Great value, he’s been seeing more bulk, it’s effective. It mixes fine, doesn’t taste like much at all.

I’ve been using THORNE Creatine for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed with the results. As a gracefully aging 39 yr old man, I’m always looking for ways to improve my performance and aid in recovery. This creatine powder has definitely helped me achieve that. The product is NSF Certified for Sport, which gives me confidence in its quality and purity. I also appreciate that it’s gluten-free and keto-friendly, making it suitable for my dietary needs. Also dairy free.I’ve noticed an increase in my muscle strength and endurance, and my workouts have become more intense and productive. Additionally, I’ve experienced improved cognitive function, which is a nice bonus. The powder mixes easily and has a neutral taste, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Overall, I’m satisfied with THORNE Creatine and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality creatine supplement to support their fitness goals.

This is hands down the best creatine I’ve used. It’s a super fine powder that dissolves with ease into a glass of water, cup of coffee, or a protein shake. Very effective for increased ATP and muscle volume. I would recommend taking it with food, as virtually all creatine cause stomach discomfort if consumed by itself.

Just take it like a shot and wash it down with water. It’s not a pleasant experience, kind of like that annual trip to the doctors. Just get it over with. I didn’t get huge but that was more than likely user error. I did feel and notice a difference on it and would buy again.

  5. Lindsey Tyler

My husband starting lifting a few years ago and heard great things about creatine so I ordered this product. It took a few weeks for him to notice anything but then WOW, it totally made a difference! His muscles seemed much bigger.I have also recently started taking it myself and I do notice a lot of water retention. This is normal with creatine in the first few days/week so I’ll see if I still like it a month+ down the road.So much research has been done on creatine and the benefits are so much more than just muscle gain. A great supplement to add to your daily routine. Thorne is also a great company with high quality products.

Rating: 5/5 gainsI was skeptical at first, but creatine has genuinely transformed me into a semi-functional human being. I mean, I still can’t cook ramen without setting off the fire alarm, but I can bench press my emotions away!Pros:- Turns your muscles into miniature balloons (in a good way…I think)- Gives you the energy to tackle that pesky to-do list (or just tackle your couch cushions)- Converts your grunts into intimidating growls- Makes you wonder if you’re secretly The Hulk (spoiler alert: you’re not, but still)Cons:- May cause excessive sweating (just blame it on the AC)- Forces you to relearn basic math for dosage calculations- Increases risk of spontaneous flexing in public- Might turn your urine neon green (just kidding…or am I?)In conclusion, creatine is like a superhero cape for your muscles. Just remember, with great power comes great responsibility…to stretch afterward.Side effects may include:- Uncontrollable smiling in the gym mirror- Irrepressible urges to deadlift your furniture- Sudden affinity for protein shakes and awkwardly large water bottlesEmbrace the gainz, friends!

Overall Creatine is a great supplement but this stuff from Thorne is way better than two other well rated brands I’ve tried. This stuff is very fine and does not clump as much when added to water.

Pure and amazing quality. I have been taking for a few weeks. I can feel a difference in my recovery for sure. I primarily use it after strength training. No flavor or smell! I just use it with my water !

Creatine offers numerous benefits, including enhanced brain health, athletic performance, injury prevention, and heart health, among others. My primary use of creatine is for workout enhancement. I’ve observed that it enables me to push myself harder during workouts, increases my sweat output, and significantly reduces post-exercise soreness, aiding in recovery. This particular creatine is the best I’ve found, as it is clean and free from unnecessary additives. While it is priced at the higher end of the market, its quality justifies the cost. Thorne is a reputable company, and I have successfully used many of their products.

  10. Lilly Demarais

I have started to use this creatine and I have been able to gain muscle mass much faster. Throne has pure products without extra adulterants in it that make it unhealthy. Make sure to drink a lot of water while using this. I use a milk frother to mix it into my water and it dissolves quickly and has no significant taste. Great product.

  11. Paul

New to creatine in general. Have just had this for a few weeks, but so far MUCH less muscle soreness after workouts. Seems effective, no taste/clumping issues or adverse effects.

  12. Josh

This product is truly tasteless & odorless. It actually really does dissolve completely with the drink of your choosing. Most other powders I’ve tried stay crystallized in the bottom of the cup and have a nasty taste to it but not this one. I will be buying this again.

    Josh

  13. Elijah

I like this stuff because there is no taste at all and the powder mixes into liquid without any problems. There is no gritty chalky stuff it dissolves really well. If you have issues with taste like I do then this stuff would be great. It can go in anything and you won’t even be able to tell it’s in there! I will likely keep purchasing this stuff.

  14. rkillebrew

After a week of use I noticed I was accidrntally able to lift more than before. (Hooked up the wrong weights). This helps me push myself. It mixes well. It is a bit thick. I mix it in with some greens and a crystal light. Probably not the best combo, but a spoonful of fake sugar helps the healthy stuff go down.It came in a nice sized container considering contents, that was also sealed well.

Works well, great value, dissolves nicely

Been working out for 2 years, and finally started taking creatine a little over a month ago. I have seen huge improvement in both my strength and someone just pointed out how toned my arms looked! Definitely recommmed!!

The first Creatine I have ever liked! No taste. Makes my energy sky rocket

  20. Jeffrey T DeLapp

Other creatine have a little bit of a taste so they don’t mix super well with just water or they impact taste if mixed with other supplement products. This container lasts a long time and for quality of ingredients has a low cost per serving. I use mainly as a recovery tool and certainly helped.

At 65, I was tiring quicker and couldn’t do the same weight or reps as I did 3 or so years ago. I’ve been using this about 6 weeks and noticed much of my strength returning within the first 2-3 weeks. While I still tire quicker than in the past, I still squeeze out a few more reps than I had been doing. I’ve also added a 1/4” to my right arm in this short time. I’m sure it will affect my blood tests for creatinine, but that should return to normal when cycling off.

No taste, Mixes well and as advertised. Larger container than I expected

  24. john ujvary

I train and lift. Been using creatine for a long time. Most are grainy and don’t mix well. However this one is powder and mixes extremely easy with water or any beverage and has no taste. Price is fair for the amount and quality. Definitely the highest quality I’ve had.

  25. Shannon K

Mixes easily into liquid and is flavorless.

i use only half scoop, its great quality and potent, meaning u will absorb it well

  27. Michael

Pretty straightforward; creatine. I wanted to get away from other brands, such as Optimum, who i thought had really good and safe quality. Turns out, you need to dig a bit deeper and good branding isn’t everything. I like that Thorne has so much research behind it and they are no frills. Their stuff is more expensive, but it’s worth it in the long run, because why buy shitty, cheap supplements if your diet and training are dialed in?

    Michael

  28. Monserrat Ponce

It works great I like that. It has no taste to it.

I workout 5-6x/week. I’m 195-200lbs, and I workout focusing on strength, mobility, and endurance. This product is no BS and helped me in recovery/a bulk. No reservations in recommending!

Single dose made me super sick…UPDATE: I reduce the single dose to 1/4 scoop and was fine. I slowly increased 1/4 scoop at the time. I have been taking it daily for a few months now with no side effects… other than getting an awesome pump in the gym: infact I felt noticeably stronger a few days into taking the full dose on a daily basis. I like to take it first thing in the morning with 2 cups of water so I don’t miss a day. Then coffee… 😉

This is my younger sons go to creatine powder. Only one he buys now -he researched and found this one is the best in regards to ingredients, reputation, and overall taste.

  33. Maite

I have been using it for 3 weeks already and I have already noticed a significant difference in my body measurements, progress photos, and have also noticed a difference in my mental ability/energy throughout the day. It is slightly on the pricier side, but I feel it’s worth it. I also really like how it’s flavorless and so easily dissolves in water.

    Maite

  34. Amazon Customer

Dissolves really well compared to other brands, and if you’re planning on taking it just with water, the taste it’s tolerable, unlike other brands that taste like pure sodium.

  35. SuzaneR

My son loves this product for workouts/energy/muscle mass, but I also like it for other reasons. My functional Dr. suggested this for my brain fog and to improve cognition and mood. This has really worked for me but do your own research. Would buy again and again.

  36. Ralph(ie)

Well, it’s definitely creatine, and since it’s pure creatine, you can’t expect it to mix well in water, as some of these reviews have pointed out. What I like to do—ensuring I get as much as I can in my stomach—is dump some creatine in a tall, empty glass over a scale (~5 grams is plenty), pour in water until the glass is about 3/4ths of the way full, stir the now cloudy mixture with a spoon until most of the creatine is suspended in the water rather than at the bottom, and finally chug the gains grog as quickly as possible. This should be pretty easy to do since pure creatine has no taste. Just don’t accidentally make yourself sick by drinking it a little too fast, especially if you take your creatine before your workout. If that’s too fast, you can always stir the creatine between taking a couple of sips instead. However you decide to do it, there will likely be a few bits of creatine left on the side of the glass; in that case, just quickly run it under a cold faucet while tilting the glass around, allowing the water to “catch” the little stragglers as it fills about a bottom 1/4th of the glass. At that point, all you have to do is swirl it around a little and gulp it down.

Mixes well, good price for the size. I was told by college trainer that this is certified for sport so it’s good for college athletes subject to testing
