These are comfortable bands that I slip around and twist just once to hold my thick head of hair into a pony tail. These are not tight bands, which is why I like them, and even sleep with it in my hair. If you want your pony tail to remain tight all day, these aren’t the bands for you. When I remove the band, none of my hair comes with it; very gentle. I have bands with more grip, for those times, such as playing sports, when I don’t want my hair coming loose, but these are my favorites because they are gentle on my hair.

These are a great size for my locs. I popped all my other hair ties due to the size. These are larger in diameter than normal hair ties but not crazy big. Pretty strong so far

I’m so happy I found these. I have thick, very long hair and really, really struggle with finding hair ties that work for me. They either snap or can’t be wound around more than twice, leaving my pony tail loose. I bought these cause the name looked familiar to some I bought a while ago, and I was hoping it was a brand I loved and luckily it was! I’m still using the same two hair ties from when I open it because they haven’t broken or stretched. I bought a 3 pack so I can’t see a foreseeable future where I’d need more, but if I ever do I am definitely buying these again. Definitely recommend for the thick hair girlies who have horrible luck with hair ties.

No fuss, no muss, minimal hair-pulling issues, they can handle long hair, and they’re easy to put on / take off. They do eventually stretch and die after being in use all day but I never feel like I am dealing with this sooner than I should be. Recommended.

I have ridiculously coarse, thick and long hair. I’ve used this brand for years and buy it fairly regularly because I break them and always thought this was the best size until I accidentally ordered these. They have the same diameter band BUT they’re bigger around to go around my hair easier and awesome elasticity.

These hair scunces are thick and strong. I have very thick fine hair and they hold my hair well. I had some other scunces to compare these to and these were definitely thicker and stronger. They do not hurt either. If you have thick hair, I recommend you give them a try!

Perfect. My fiancé has very thick hair and he needs to keep it out of the way for work. And these are big enough not to cut off his circulation when he puts them around his wrist. Unfortunately he murders one every few days so we need lots.

They aren’t quite as thick as I thought they would be. The durability of the join is chance like every other non-metal join but, with a total of 72 for $10, some loss is completely acceptable. If the elastic wears out sooner than expected, I will update.
