My granddaughter picked this backpack and lunch bag for her return to school. There was a delay with shipping somewhere along the way. It was not due to any fault of the seller. After contacting the seller they responded very quickly and provided tracking information along with their regrets. The seller was tracking this shipment right along with me and even contacted me to ensure I received my package and to see if I was satisfied with the items. I am more than pleased with the backpack. The color is vibrant (just as pictured) it’s big and has lot of room. Zipper are easy to open and close. It appears to be very durable and was well worth the price. My granddaughter absolutely loves it.The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend not only the backpack and lunch bag but the seller as well.
