I am really enjoying this Hunter Jack Beard Comb! Prefect size for the pocket and hand. Love that it comes in it’s own sleeve. The teeth of the comb are just right. No more snagging of the beard hairs. Simply love it! Will buy again for sure!

Combing my beard with this little wooden comb is much less painful and involves fewer broken beard hairs than using a molded plastic comb. Hopefully the little slip case will protect it for a long time to come.

This is a nice beard comb and comes in a convenient travel pouch. The comb itself is great craftsmenship and works perfectly on my hubby’s beard. You can use it to add beard oil or for a simply comb thru. The only issue he had with it is the size. It is really small and about the size of a men’s wallet. That is nice if you are carrying it with you but it feels like a big price for such a small item.

So this is a beautiful comb, but there is a reason why most combs are made out of tortoise shell and plastic. Wood tines (teeth), don’t separate the hairs of your beard very well, so if you have curly bushy beard, this comb will soon end up on display rather than being used. It just hurts too much. For me a bead tipped hair brush works best.

I actually didn’t think I would like this this much as I do but it’s fantastic! The quality and craftsmanship are amazing, I love the wood grain design pattern on it, and the different comb widths are perfect depending on what kind of detail you’re trying to get. I have a relatively shorter beard, and it still works wonderfully for me, cleans it up nicely. Very comfortable to use, very thick so I’m not worried about it breaking as much, comes with a nifty carrying pouch, and it actually has a wonderful scent to it. I love it a lot, highly recommended!

etting wet like some others. I have 3 beard combs like this: one in my office, one in my car, one to carryThin design works well and fits into any pocket. Wooden combs are better for my beard.I bought a different brand with a beard kit that is also good, and I bought one from Walmart that twisted the first time it got wet.

?. There is an odor to the comb. I’m not sure everyone will like it as it does linger if you comb your beard while wet. Smells similar to a humidor /cigar lounge.

he picture & crooked teeth. Not impressed ..Looks like a very light colored piece of wood with no gain or pattern as shown in their pictures , two of the teeth are just about touching at the tips . may have just been this one but not sure how it got past visual inspection from factory , also the ends on the fine side are sharp and pointy and scratchy . feels pretty cheap for a 15.00 beard brush since i opted for a more expensive one over others listed on Amazon . Wanted hand crafted and visually appealing but received one that i am not impressed with . Will probably return and buy something different . Your experience may be different from mine but for now its a 3 star for me . However the leather pouch is a nice touch , Hope the seller reads this and and does a better job with quality control ,

Very nice quality of wood and perfectly pointed/smooth teeth. Very satisfying comb to use. Appreciate the handmade feel. Only note would be the holder/wallet is a little flimsy… probably won’t last terribly long if you take it on the go. Looking for a nicer leather sleeve that might have a slot for cards and… maybe a few bill folds… who holds cash? I hope all of us still. And if you’re like me, and carry cash, you’ll like this comb. Lots of others to choose from but I think the intense review numbers speak for themselves. Oh and I’m adding that whatever wood they used smells insanely level of nice! But I also use a beard balm, so that might be helping. Anyways it’s a great comb-bo scent! See what I did there?? And if you did you’ll be the first. Let’s face it… between me an “you”—I’m never going to be read. Who ‘wood’? Lol or at least read it this far? It certainly didn’t seem to me to be that interesting of a review. Pretty typical really. Maybe it’ll be ready by one to ten people in the next year. Tops. Idk? I’m tired. It’s 1:32. Just add the comb into your cart but don’t check out until tomorrow at work… you don’t know if you need it yet. Don’t impulse buy just because it’s inexpensive, but if you must impulsively make a purchase, just go with the least expensive one, and let me know if it is any good. Think that the cheapest one I found has a slot in the sleeve for cards… and maybe cash? $ )

I have a habit of playing with my beard a lot, and tend to play with it more when it’s not combed and oiled well. I wanted to get a nice comb to help keep it neat and tidy. I read about plastic combs creating static and whatnot, so I thought I would give a wooden comb a try. I decided to buy this beard comb alongside another $6 beard comb that was similarly marketed. I wanted to see if the extra money was worth it, and it sure was. I received them at the exact same time, and immediately I could tell this comb was much better. The $6 comb isn’t bad, but it just doesn’t match the craftsmanship of this one. The teeth on this are designed with better spacing and shape, and the overall finish is much better. It feels wonderful going through my beard. The weight and density feel superior from using sandalwood (the scent is quite nice too) instead of a cheaper wood. Even the look is much more refined. The pouch is a nice touch as well. Makes nice and pocketable while protecting it. You won’t be disappointed with this comb. I already ordered another one so I can have one at home and one at work. That $6 comb can stay in my car or bag as a backup.

Just recently started growing my beard out, l bought a brush once lt was thick even using a regular comb for a while. I’ve recently been in the market for more beard care accessories and products. Until I bought and received the Hunter Jack sandalwood comb, I just figured wooden combs were a fad. I’m happy to report that I was wrong. I am never without it anymore I leep it in my vehicle or pocket now, the leather case is awesome, and the fit and finish of the comb itself is even more awesome. The comb fits perfectly into a back pocket and the comb is comfortable in hand and easy to use. Beard management throughout the day is much easier and enjoyable in between jobs almost becomes addicting. The tines are smooth and well cut, very uniform and the comb itself smells fantastic, if you’re not careful you might think you’re in a grove of sandalwood trees, therecis a small scent on the comb maybe it will go away with use. All in all I’m incredibly happy with this purchase and look forward to using it every day for years to come. Just might purchase a couple more for spares.
