For the price, I’m really pleased with this kit. I am using it to rehab a lumbrical strain (palm-ish area). It has helped a lot. I appreciate the ability to adjust the resistance on the grip strength trainer. It came in a nice little bag to keep everything together. The entire kit is spectacular and definitely worth the price!All of the items are well constructed and really helpful regarding building grip strength!My only minor complaint is that it is difficult to know exactly what value the main grip strengthener has been set to when you turn its knob!But overall, this is a great product and I definitely recommend!

Great strengthening and mobility with a variety of tools. My intention was only to use the grip strengthener for rehab but have found the other included devices to be very useful as well. Good, durable construction (so far) after almost 2 months of use.My hands are medium size and fairly strong. I find it particularly well-suited for women based on the device sizes and adjustment capabilities. Definitely recommend.

At first when I opened the bag I was less than impressed with what I saw. However when I start a manipulating the various grips and tightening things up I was actually very impressed with how strong they were. I’m using it to help my grip strength with a Spartan race I have coming up.

This is a reasonably priced package with several products to improve grip strength. I have mostly used the full-hand spring tension grip builder and I can certainly see improvements in my grip strength. The design of this device is not the most ergonomic. The feel in my hand doesn’t feel natural especially if I grip it close to the top.Bottom line, the price is great for the array of products in the package. The build quality is as expected at this price point. And, use of the gripper achieves the desired outcome of improved grip strength. I would purchase this product again.

What I like most is the solid lightweight construction and the effective and quiet operation in use. Easy to adjust the tension and I also use them upside down and backwards to target different parts of my forearms and recently started using them in my punching drills timing the “Squeeze” with “Impact”!The finger keys are great too, helps my physical therapy with my coordination. Excellent products and I love the Brand!

It’s an okay product to use for your short exercise. I hope the handle or any touching points are not even with more massage on my palm, but it has a very smooth surface. It is not a durable product as one of the components is broken within a week. Please think twice if you are considering this…

The products are all great and I especially like the rubber ring. It is perfect for the car because it’s easy to pick up and easily stowed away. My only issue is that after a week or so, it has started to come apart where the ends were connected to form the ring. (Picture attached).Hoping to get a replacement.

the forearm grip trainer is very durable. the adjustable tension is where you get your money’s worth. the other items are great but i like to keep them on my desk as little fidgets, they just give me a forearm workout at the same time.

I was bitten on my hand by a dog. I lost some motion in ring finger on my right hand. After going to physical therapy, I got pack as it was similar to what was at physical therapy. It helped getting strength and increased the motion of my right hand and ring finger. The hand grip is adjustable so one can adjust the tension to suit one’s ability. Great products.

Everything in my package is solid but not amazing. Grip strength trainer itself is decent construction, but as you get closer and closer to the 60kg of resistance the plastic starts to feel like its going to buckle and the hinge makes a noise. Now I realize that most people are not using the top end of the resistance on this so it’s probably a non-issue. The stress ball is not the material I expected but it is very nice. The tendon flexor, and the ring for de-tension are both quality and provide enough resistance to get effective use. The individual finger strength trainer, for dexterity is a little flimsy. It dose the desired job, but its construction is definitely the least sound of everything in the bag. All in all it’s a good setup, and 100% worth the dollars. After purchasing this product I feel my biggest issue is I need a product with higher resistances.

I’ll start by saying I’ve never had anything to train my hands/forearms before this, and this was pretty good at first. I mainly only used the adjustable one.After about 2 weeks with medium tension, I felt it was too easy. I turned it up to the maximum and it felt the same. Disappointing. But it does work out your hands and forearms regardless. Just do more reps, lol. I’d give that device alone, 2 stars.The other parts of this kit grant it another star all together. They’re not the best for pure strength, but good for developing a little muscle.In particular, I like the resistance band you put on your fingers and try to open your hand up. That one is what makes me work. 4 stars for that, alone.The other device for the finger tips is also pretty good! I love how it targets fingers individually. 4 stars for that one, as well.As for the ball and the ring? Ehhh. They’re there.. Not really useful unless you start with them maybe? Pretty soft resistance. The ball is nice to throw off the wall and catch though. Found myself doing that for like 15 minutes one day.4.5 stars, or maybe even 5 if the adjustable one worked better.

After dislocating thumb, a pinning and arthritis, I was resorting to ibuprofen and tylenol most days to deal with the pain. Finally decided to rehab and work on my hand strength to get control of the pain.Found Fitbeast hand grip workout kit which includes 5 separate tools. The price was right, shipping was fast and the product is good material. The package kept everything from damage. The instructions are in English and explains how to use each tool and with recommendations on how often to use each training session and per day.What I like about this kit especially is that there is a tool for every part of hand you want to focus on. Whether you are trying to strengthen your hand grip, fingers, forearms, or stretching, there is a tool here for you. I especially love how you can customize the resistance on the hand grip anywhere from 10 kg to 60 kg with just a dial of a knob.After a workout session, the stretcher resistance band and stress relief grip ball helps to relax the hand. The parts are also easy to be cleaned simply by wiping down with a wet towel or alcohol. Everything fits nice and neatly into a carry bag and able to carry anywhere.After using a while, I feel the pain in my hand getting better from stretching and stress reliever. I am able to grip onto things as well at work without worry about dropping things. Fitbeast help my hand go back to normal and I am thankful.

ior I’m sometimes challenged with opening jars or grabbing onto something. I know that part of the reason is because I don’t use my hands as often as I had when I was younger and more active. To help offset my lack of activity and to improve the strength in my hand muscles I purchased the handgrip strengthener package. It came with a variety of strengthener exercise solutions. I preferred using the hand vice and ball grip for now as both seemed the most comfortable and effective to use. The only issue that I had with the hand vice was that plastic shavings came off as I was using it. I would wipe them away hoping that the friction points would eventually wear away.

I’m not very strong either so when he needs me to help him with moving or lifting it’s always a struggle. I purchased these tools to help strengthen my hands.
