I live in Southwest Florida. I am 70 years old and very active playing tennis, biking, fishing and boating. From those activities my feet are always wet and subject to salt and moisture for hours in some cases. I often had issues with dry scaly and even cracking skin on my soul and heels. I used prescribed urea cream and anti-fungus medication’s to little effect. After using this product for several weeks, about twice a week over night, I’ve had a dramatic improvement. The skin on my souls and heels seems repaired and not unlike they were 20 years ago. I am very impressed. It’s a very thick cream that when rubbed in, is barely noticeable. I highly recommend it.

This cream has made my cracked heels so soft! I’ve been using it only at night before bed, and the heel cracks have about disappeared, even though I’m still in and out of the pool and walking barefoot around the place all the time. Wow, the 40% urea really made a difference for those callouses. No knock on Kerasal, which works the same; it just takes longer to heal those bad cracks because of its lower concentration of active ingredients. This thick, sticky cream dries to a powdery matte finish (the Kerasal is in a petrolatum base and stays greasier). I put socks on over the product but only to hold in the moisture a little more; once it’s dry, the cream doesn’t leave grease stains. Don’t be put off by the texture of the cream, which acts a bit like white glue while you’re applying it. Just spread a nice layer over those callouses, rub the rest into your cuticles, let dry a couple minutes, and you’re done! The urea softens and draws moisture into your skin, while the salicylic acid helps exfoliate that thick dry layer on top. No more heel cracks, nor rough cuticles: I am thrilled with my newly soft, soft skin.

My dermatologist recommended that I get some urea cream and this is the one I chose. I don’t have experience with other urea creams. But as others have mentioned, the cream has a strange consistency – kind of sticky. Because of this, it does not go on well where there is hair. The stickiness of the cream discourages me from using it more frequently. It smells strongly of tea tree oil, which was unexpected and took some getting used to. I haven’t noticed a big difference for my intended purpose, but again, I stopped using it as regularly because of the texture. Overall seems okay, but probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I used as suggested (soak feet, slather on the cream, wear socks) and the difference in my foot softness was remarkable. The cream is so thick, you have to aggressively massage it in, so you get a bonus massage as well. The smell is a bit medicinal. I don’t care as long as its on my feet. I imagine it would be great to soften my hands as well but I’m not trying to smell it on my hands.

Great for moisturizing and to soften rough dry feet. It is thick, sticky, and leaves a white residue if you use a lot so I make sure to use at night or when I’m going to be wearing socks and not just sandals. It has a nice minty scent. After using it for about a week, it seems like less is needed so it will probably last a while.

This product works incredibly well! I had feet that were so dry, calloused and cracked that they would get caught on the bedsheets and my partner wouldn’t let my feet anywhere near her on the bed. I’ve been using this daily for about two weeks now and my heels are already so much better than before. The lotion is really sticky and doesn’t rub in all the way (which is good!), so might leave white residue on bedsheets, carpets, etc. I recommend wearing socks whenever you apply it to your feet.I also started mixing it in with my usual daily face moisturizer and it has helped my face look less red and feel more hydrated throughout the day.

My husband’s dermatologist suggested this cream to smooth the skin on his legs and feet. There was a visible difference after about a week’s use. The texture when first applied is thick and almost sticky but improves as it dries.

I am amazed at how fast this has improved my really bad and cracked painful heals, Within applying morning and nighttime this has been amazing in two days will keep using it for a couple of weeks them reduce to maybe one a week two applications. The consistency is kinda weird and gloppy but it absorbs very quickly without feeling tacky or sticky although it does have a chemical smell but not excessive. The first time it made certain parts of my heel sting a little but that has gone since using it for a few days now, I highly recommend this cream its the only thing that has worked for me in years!!

I’ve been struggling with dry, cracked heels for years, and urea cream has been an absolute game-changer. This miracle moisturizing cream has effectively healed my heels, leaving them soft and smooth. The results are truly impressive, and it’s been a huge relief to finally find something that works. The only downside is that if you have sweaty feet and are wearing sandals, it can become a bit slippery. My best recommendation is to apply the cream at night and wear socks. I highly recommend urea cream to anyone dealing with dry, cracked heels. It’s so versatile that you can use it on other dry parts of your body such as elbows and knees. It’s a must-have.

Wow! This product is amazing! I have had many issues with the skin on my feet. I have tried so many different creams and lotions. I even went to a podiatrist and had to use a prescription cream. NOTHING worked! Until I found this! My feet are so smooth and I have only been using it for two days! The only thing about this product is its consistency and texture. It’s not like a normal cream. It is sticky and doesn’t rub into your skin. So I just put it on and then put socks on. Then it seems to dry powdery. But I can deal with that as it really has made my feet soft!

My feet got pretty torn up from a pair of shoes and wearing them in the elements. This cream seems to work really well but the chalky, dry residue and feeling on the dry down is off putting. It also makes your skin feel very hot. Almost like a mild sunburn, which I assume is the urea. I wash it off my hands after using because I don’t like how that feels. If you don’t like medicinal, tea tree fragrance, you won’t like this. It doesn’t really bother me, but don’t expect it to smell good.I’ve used other urea creams, and I’m not sure whether I would go back to this one or not. This one seems to work really quickly, which I love, but for all of the reasons above, I might switch back to the others. Time will tell.It does what it says it’s going to do, which ultimately is why I bought it. My heel cracks are healing quickly.

10/10! Highly recommended. I saw a huge difference within 2 days. I’ve tried so many things but this has been the only thing that really made my feet super soft. I get regular pedicures and they just don’t last long at all. The only complain I have is the cream is not like a lotion consistency. It’s sticky and leaves a residue. Also the container is a bit messy.

I have no idea what is in this jar but when I tell you, it is absolutely magic, I mean it. I’ve been using this consistently for about two weeks. Just slathering it on after a shower and putting my socks on for as long as possible, and I can see a significant difference already. It is rather sticky, but after you apply it and wash your hands, you shouldn’t come into it anymore until it’s time to rinse it off. I’ve always had rough feet, and even pedicures didn’t do much for them, but with this stuff incorporated into my daily routine, I can already see a huge difference. I don’t know how it works, but it is amazing! Highly recommend this and I’m going to tell this to anybody who will listen about it. Give it a shot you won’t regret it.

I have had horrible dry heals for a long time. Nothing helped. They would snag on carpeting they were so bad. I had a cut that wouldn’t heal on one heal because they were so cracked, thick and dry. Less than 2 weeks using this cream and they are almost all healed. It is absolutely amazing how well this has worked! I am so thankful I found a product that works and my heals don’t look crusty anymore. Life changer for sure. I wish I had before photos because the change is unbelievable! Thank you so much 😊

I was not expecting this to work! But let me tell you something: I’ve been using this cream for 2 days. TWO DAYS! And I just woke up and rubbed my feet together and was SHOCKED. The heels of my feet are so, so soft!I haven’t had a pedicure in weeks and typically by now, my feet are BEGGING for some help. This cream has softened my skin so much, my nail lady is going to think I’ve been going someplace else!I kid you not, this cream is THAT GOOD.One thing to note though: this cream is VERY thick. You don’t need a lot… it stays ON. It also has a slightly medicinal scent to it so just be aware of that.If you have dry skin, this cream will amaze you!

My sister uses this and I love how her skin has improved so I bought it and promptly returned it when I used her brand new jar and broke out the next day. I didn’t realize it had coconut oil. Coconut oil causes temporary break outs that disappear over time once you’re used to it but I’m not trying to add acne to my lost of skin problems so i returned my un used , unopened jar.My sister loves the quality. The scent is ok and it does keep your skin moisturized and smooth. She highly recommends it.

40% urea was recommended by my doctor for my rough, callused (honestly gross) feet. In my opinion it smells nasty (medicinal?) and feels sticky-greasy, BUT IT WORKS. I have kept buying it because the effects are worth it. My feet still aren’t perfect, but I am no longer embarrassed to get my feet out at the pool or sleep without socks.I recommend combining this cream with a glycolic acid based skin peel to slough off a bunch of the dry nasty skin and make it quicker and easier for the cream to do its job.Random fact, dogs *love* urea smell and WILL try to lick it off you but it is NOT good for them to consume, so be careful!

I don’t usually review items. But this stuff…. When I tell you my feet were snagging on everything, INCLUDING my socks… I was losing my mind finding something to fix this. Drastic improvement in TWO days! I applied it twice daily, and covered with sock because it’s rather sticky. But the moisture really locks in and soothes the dry and cracked calloused feet. Texture isn’t great, and like i said- definitely leaves a sticky residue (reason for 4/5 stars) but after applying and washing my hands…. It’s worth it. Definitely a fast and cheap, reliable fix! Must buy!
