I’m not a gamer, and I prefer the reliability and lack of a batter of a wired mouse to wireless ones. These mice are very reasonably priced and they work perfectly. I have nothing bad to say about them.

This mouse is your basic mouse that has a wire and plugs in via a USB. It is durable and easy to connect. This is not a wireless mouse. The scroll wheel works fine. I have had no issues.

easy to set up and excellent buy.

I am picky about mouses, yet I need just a simple mouse. It needs to fit the hand comfortably and just do the work. I had what I thought a very good mouse before, but after it died I found this one. And man, this one is GREAT. I mean, it’s strange to be excited about a piece of tech that should just be invisible, but I am honestly so happy about it… after all I work with it every day. I didn’t know it could be so silent, but now I also love it. I got it like a month and a half ago and I can’t imagine other mouse than Amazon Basics. Great job Amazon!

I specifically wanted a basic, “classic-style” mouse instead of a bulky one with extra buttons. It does feel slightly small to me, but that could be because I haven’t had a classic mouse in years. If you’re looking for a basic mouse, I think that this is a good option and very fairly priced. I think I’ll be buying another one to keep in my laptop case so that I never forget it at home.

5 feet cord, has been plugged to a computer dedicated to college work and clicking daily quests on emulated android games.It is unfair to give a gaming rating for a non gaming mouse so I’ll say 3/5 for the sheer durability granted I never rage smashed it.

I have small hands so this mouse is just what I need for browsing online. Doesn’t have to be fancy or anything like that, since I’m not using it for gaming. Easy to take with me on the go too, though may want to make sure it doesn’t get crushed under heavy books/laptops (can’t say how sturdy it is).

Bought this mouse on a whim. However, was drawn to purchase it because it carried the Amazon Basics brand. I figured it should have a minimum level of quality control, at least. Lo and behold, I was more than pleasantly surprised. Surprised enough to write a review. The price was less than $10.00 and it has a nice soft “silicone” like texture to it that’s comfortable to hold. The optical movement is smooth and speedy with no perceptible lag.I do a lot of work at my computer, which is why my current touch pad is on the fritz. I’m literally on the precipice of buying a new laptop because I put it through its paces. This mouse is great. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to use it with my future laptop, because so many do not have the old usb and come standard with USB-C. Still, great purchase, and happy Amazon didn’t cheap out on this little accessory! It honestly will make me consider seeking out Amazon Basics / branded items before going with, likely, low quality FBA alternatives.Like I said, I do a lot of business online. I know what “FBA” is. Often, it’s sellers looking to make a quick buck with high turnaround with little concern about the customer experience. I’m sure someone reading this would think I sound like a shill. Truthfully, I’m just a consumer who wants STANDARDs and not whether your Amazon on or a small business. Tired of feeling “scammed” just so someone could make easy money.

ouple years. Really well functioning and low-cost mouse! I got two of them at different times. The only drawback is that after a couple of years (around 2, I noticed it a lot) they get all gooey, like the exterior is deteriorating. You can kinda scrape the sticky stuff off but it comes back. So you generally will need to replace at that point. Still completely functional, just sticky and looks gross 🙂

ought this because the pad on my laptop blows – though I bought it only a year ago.Since I did not want to buy a brand new laptop, I figured a handheld mouse would do the job..and it does!Though the USB port is on the left, I just taped the cord along the top of laptop and, though it looks low-class, it works…I am hoping the next laptop I get doesn’t fall apart for a few years, this hack will work in the meantime…

wireless quit moving, but. This little gem, THE MINUTE I PLUGGED IT INTO MY MacMini USB PORT, worked perfectly, and even allowed me to fix the problem with the OTHER WIRELESS MOUSE.

I got this as a replacement for a previous Amazon Basics mouse that sustained water damage in an office flood. The old one still worked, but the buttons didn’t cooperate all the time. I liked the form factor of this one so I bought another. I’m not disappointed in any way. It just works like its supposed to.

I don’t understand the appeal of the wireless mouse for which you need to have back up batteries on hand. This particular mouse is replacing the wireless one I had. It is absolutely fine.

don’t need to add batteries. Not the best looking mouse but the most dependable. I use this mouse for my church computer which nobody cares how it looks like aesthetically. They just want a mouse that works all the time and this one does the job. I am very happy with the purchase. Not sure when it will break but when it does, I’m going to buy it again. Probably cheaper than batteries and less hassle to remember to charge the mouse all the time.

e use this mouse a simple replacement or a “hey I need a mouse quick” type thing when we are moving the laptop around. It is not anything special but works for what it is intended.

ve the courser. I ordered a mouse for my computer. It arrived very late. I do not blame Amazon for they warned me it would be late because of environmental problems causing delays. Sense I have l have always got prompt service from them I do not hold it against them. But because of this I withheld one star from the rating because I am petty.But now we come to the meat of the problem. WhenI plug in the mouse it lights up but the courser douse nor move. I know it is the mouse because I used another mouse and the worked fine. I really do not blame the company or Amazon for this. I just got a bad mouse. It happens.
