The badge is a very nice weight and not flimsy. The clasp is sturdy and I think it will hold up through hours of play. The clasp pin holds well and I don’t think it will release by itself. I purchased this badge with Lego 60312 for my 8 year old grandson. He was thrilled with the gifts.

not too strong. Product should be cheaper. Overall it’s what I wanted; a metal toy sheriff’s star. On the other hand, I tried pinning it to my suede vest (which is strong and durable) and the safety pin broke free. It was easy to fix, just put it back and place and squeezed shut the teeth that hold pin to the badge (with a pair a needle nose pliers). It wasn’t really worth the price, if it was closer to $5 and not $15 I would be more satisfied. Probably wouldn’t even of wrote this to be honest. Not that it really matters but the badge was a bit thinner than I expected. It’s about 1/32″, definitely thinner than 1/8″. The badge is 2 1/4″ × 2 5/8″.

perfect, essential accessory to my adult Sheriff’s costume for Halloween. Perfect size, solid material. Made about the way a western belt buckle would be crafted in terms of weight and thickness. It’s way better than a kids toy badge. Happy with the purchase.

This is a gift for an 7 year old and it will certainly withstand the rough and tumble play of our 7 year old. I was surprised how sturdy and well made this sheriff badge is. Well worth the reasonable price. More importantly our nephew loved the badge. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a toy badge but wants something that will not be destroyed after a few days of play.

Bought this to complete a Woody from Toy Story costume. Very nice and well made. Exactly what I was looking for. My only note is that I plan to put a piece of tape over the pin after putting it on the vest for extra security. The pin has a piece of metal it tucks behind (see photos) and not a locking latch.
