Highly recommend this product. The quality is excellent, both inside and out. The listed features are accurate, and it does a great job securing your essentials. It offers three different ways to unlock (key, fingerprint biometric, and digital PIN), and all methods work flawlessly. The fingerprint scanner is particularly fast and accurate. There’s also a small LED light inside the safe, which I found extremely helpful and convenient.

High enough quality that I ordered a second one. Bottom line up front: solid, reliable, and easy to program.The finger print reader holds enough prints for all of my and my wife’s fingers. When I programmed the finger prints it’s smart enough to read them upside down, so if you scan your fingers on a shelf but then put the safe in a drawer and will come at the reader from a different direction it still works. I don’t think it will read them sideways because I don’t think it will scan enough to get a read, but I keep forgetting to test that theory.The safe itself is solid and well built. The keypad is responsive, although with the finger sensor I doubt it would get used much. The safe also comes with a repeated attempt lockout (10 failures locks you out for 10 minutes if I recall) which may help deter little ones from getting too curious.The charger clearly indicates when it’s done recharging the batteries, and it does come with a pair of keys in case your battery goes dead. I have no idea yet how long batteries last as I’ve had mine about a month and unlocked/relocked it twice on most of those days but haven’t had a low battery yet. I also can’t speak to whether or not it will give some warning chirp or flash the keypad when the batteries get low as I haven’t killed the batteries yet. When they do die, I will try to remember to update this review, but reality says I’ll likely forget.

Not a gun safe expert, but i like this unit. Very sturdy and has a nice heft to it. Enough room for glock mags dummy bullet case and valuables. Spent a lot of time searching before choosing this. Easily programable and can be setup for stealth opening. Very easy to mount and perfect size for chosen space. Nice price, very happy with purchase.

This has been working flawlessly after 1 year of usage with not faults or issues. The fingerprint is spot on always. Having the three options to lock and unlock the safe makes this very versatile. Keys, keypad and fingerprints. Quality is great, no rust or similar has occurred and I live near the beach. Is very spacious for two small micro compact guns or one sub compact, full size. Interior LED light and padding. Overall excellent safe.

Safe was just the right size for my 2 pistols and extra clips. Liked the fact that it took no time at all to set password and finger print access. The light makes it easy to see contents at night. Opens quickly and is sturdily built.

The first thing that stands out is that this is a “meaty” safe. It’s solidly built, has some heft to it and would require someone with extraordinary tools to break into it.The ease of set up was simple. I did notice that you had to use a 6 digit code even though it said “any” number code. The finger print programming is also easy. You do have to make sure and follow the directions! Make sure the light turns green to verify you have successfully programmed your print. Otherwise any fingerprint will open it. Make sure you test it with programmed and programmed fingers.This is a great value for the money. It holds my “valuables” nicely and securely. Even though it claims to not be fire proof or waterproof, I realistically believe it could last a few minutes in a fire.

This safe is so simplistic it took less than 5 minutes. The fingerprint set up works just like an iPhone except easier and works every time. Same for the passcode. Comes w/ two keys for the lock option. Once open, the interior light provides a good amount of light in the dark. Perfect for bedside nightstand, closet, or your vehicle if carry/conceal. It is compact but large enough to hold my .45 Glock and two clips. Great design and sleek look. 5 stars easily.

Purchased this safe to keep on my nightstand. Here are a few of the plus and minusesPROS: The biometric works every time unless I don’t press my thumb on it square. (which would be my fault). The latch is well secured when the case is locked. I’ve seen many handgun safes that the lid can jiggle when closed. This safe is secured well. It fits a compact handgun nicely. I keep my CC handgun in it along with two extra mags and it is easily accessible. The automatic light on the inside is nice when it may be dark and you need quick access.CONS: The keypad needs to have a 6 button code and then you hit OK after the code is entered. That is far too much when you have to get in there in a hurry. If you get flustered in a crunch making a mistake on the code could be a life changing mistake. While the case lid is secured nicely when closed, it could also be jimmied into with a screwdriver or hammer claws if someone really want to get in it. Most safes I have seen this size have the same problem, though. Do not expect to keep a full size handgun in there and have quick access to it. My CC has a 3.5″ barrel and fits easily in the safe. However, none of my 4.5-5″ barrel weapons are easy to get out quickly. They are very snug in there. In order to get my full size handguns in there I have to put the barrel in first and push it all the way to the side and the put the grip side in. Not the easiest way to get something out you may need in a snap. Also, the pads on the bottom of the safe stained my nightstand permanently. (see picture) I should’ve probably thought about that before putting it on solid wood, but it’s too late to do anything about it now.Overall, I think this is a good safe for compacts and making sure your kids don’t get access to your weapon. Biometrics are actually impressively accurate for the price. I hope I never have to rely on using the keypad in a rush. Seven button presses is too many, IMO. My biggest gripe would be the pads on the bottom. I should’ve looked close before putting it on my solid wood nightstand, so that’s my fault. However, would’ve preferred if they will felt or soft rubber instead of the hard plastic material.
