It works. It’s waterproof. The information provided drives a desire to improve that I would not otherwise have. Basically, it is motivational, and the result is feeling better and clearer-headed. I have lost 6 pounds in a week, which might be too much, except my BMI is down from 29 to 27, and I have a ways to go. I’m just turning 75, so there’s plenty to work on for a while.

For me it’s pretty great. I’m focusing more on my fitness and the Apple Watch doesn’t even compare. My band charged fast and last a lot longer than my watch did. It tracks a lot more especially with sleep. It does have a 12 months subscription and I like that because it really allows me to try it out. You can extend your membership whenever you want and I like that you can pay yearly. I know the reviews are mixed but I’m glad I bought this!

This is the first time I’ve ever had a smart device on my body. It seems to be pretty accurate as far as sleep and recovery goes. I wish it counted steps and I wish the app was a bit smarter when it comes to the activity I’m performing. Also, the charger is totally absurd. I took an international trip and forgot the charger. Didn’t have it for a week. It should be a cord.

I’ve been a loyal Fitbit user for many years, and I must say, this product falls short in comparison. While my Fitbit stored data for years, this device only retains data for six months, which is quite disappointing.Cost: The price is significantly higher than Fitbit, yet it doesn’t offer much more in terms of features. Given the cost, I expected something exceptional, but that wasn’t the case.Sleep Tracking: The sleep tracking on this device is less detailed and less accurate compared to Fitbit. Fitbit’s sleep tracking is far superior and provides more insightful data.Value for Money: Fitbit offers a more affordable option with better features. Unless this device introduces new and special features, it’s hard to justify the higher price.Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable and cost-effective fitness tracker, I would recommend sticking with Fitbit. It offers better value for money and excellent performance.

Bought this product for my son as he has started to work out a lot and plays sports. Unboxing was easy, instructions were easy to follow and I thought the product was well made. We started by charging the charger to full. Then charged the watch, installed the app and then paired it. Pairing was very easy and the app was easy to set up. After a couple of weeks I can say we are happy with the battery life. The band is comfortable to wear all day and at night. I will be buying another one for myself soon.

If you take the time to go through the app, learn everything and take it seriously, this is an amazing health tracker! It’s easy to understand, the heart monitor works well, and the data you recieve from sleep is awesome. This just makes you want to do better everyday in whatever it is that you do. The battery life is just fine, it’s easy to just charge the battery pack it comes with and slide it on your wristband, let it charge for a couple hours and that’s it. Mine lasted from Monday to Friday. Make sure to charge it for a couple of hours before you first use it.

Certainly for certain people, but as a former college athlete, I have enjoyed this keeping up with everything . Great sleep insight and has been a good couple of months so far using it . Great product and glad I got it.

I have been wanting to jump on the bandwagon and try out the Whoop. No money wasted at all. It actually amazes me what it picks up. I forgot to set my activity the other day and it recognized that I was golfing. Don’t ask me how, it just did! Same with my walk today. It records sleep better than the Apple Watch as well. However still do wear both just on different arms!

This product provides the right data at the right time to assist with achieving health/fitness goals and is not as intrusive on the wrist as a smart watch, which makes it prefect for 24/7 use!

Just a quick update to my review:Customer service was slow to respond, but they finally made it right. They sent me a new sensor and battery, and both work perfectly! I am changing my review from 1-star to 5 because I love my Whoop now!Original review:The battery pack will not charge the sensor unless I remove the band – see the attached picture showing that the sensor shows that it is charging, but the percentage of charge keeps dropping until the battery dies. I tried contacting customer service, but trying to resolve the issue with them is beyond frustrating. Customer service replied to my emails just once a day at best, and each time it was from a different agent that clearly did not read the history of troubleshooting already done. The only way I can charge the sensor is to remove the band, which is not the way it’s supposed to be used (you’re supposed to be able to wear it while it’s charging), but customer service seems satisfied with that solution. Count me extremely disappointed.

I recently got my hands on a Wearable Health, Fitness, and Activity Tracker, and I’ve been thrilled with the experience. This little device has completely transformed how I approach my health and fitness goals.First off, the design is sleek and comfortable to wear all day long. I hardly notice it on my wrist, which is perfect for someone like me who’s always on the move. But it’s not just about looks; this tracker packs a punch when it comes to functionality. It accurately monitors my daily steps, distance traveled, and calories burned, giving me a clear picture of my activity levels. Plus, it seamlessly tracks my sleep patterns, providing valuable insights into my sleep quality and helping me make adjustments for better rest. One of my favorite features is its ability to sync with my smartphone, allowing me to receive notifications for calls, messages, and reminders right on my wrist. It keeps me connected without having to constantly check my phone, which is a game-changer for staying focused and productive throughout the day.Overall, this Wearable Health, Fitness, and Activity Tracker has become an essential companion in my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Whether I’m hitting the gym, going for a run, or simply trying to get a good night’s sleep, it’s there every step of the way, motivating me to stay active and mindful of my well-being.

I ordered this for my partner as a gift because he struggles with sleep and loves working out (CrossFit). Being able to have more insight into his sleep quality and other factors that may affect his workouts and over health means a lot to him – he didn’t want any other smart watch (no clock) besides this one!It worked as described – some issues with membership set up and getting charged for full membership during activation process. However I reached out to Whoop and they were able to confirm that they would process a refund and were very apologetic. Overall would recommend!!

I was looking for something to track my sleep. There’s 1 million gimmicks out there with devices like under your mattress or using the Apple Watch or what not. A lot of them are dubious in their accuracy. I spent a lot of time looking into various methodologies and devices to find one that is legitimate. I think this is the one. It is a little expensive after the first year with the monthly bill but there’s a real accurate set of data given about you every minute of every day. It does a better job than several other devices that I’ve tried in the past and it feels more accurate based on how I’m doing. the most interesting thing is that it does encourage me to be more active as well. I did come into this looking only for a sleep tracker, but because of all the other data that is collected it encouraged me to get more active. All in all, I do think this had had a positive impact on my welfare and well-being. I’ll probably continue to subscribe even after the free year of service ends. Recommended if you’re interested in having in-depth and accurate knowledge about what your body is doing.

I use both Whoop and another familiar fitness tracker that is also a smart watch. The accuracy of the Whoop is much greater than the other tracker when compared with some of the metrics monitored by my physician. The sleep analysis is far superior to the other tracker as well. Customer service is excellent. Customer service with the other tracker has declined since it was bought by another corporation. Whoop customer service continues to function as though they are still a small start up, with quick response and resolution to any questions or concerns. If you’re looking to truly improve your overall fitness level and not just “get your steps in”, I highly recommend Whoop.

I’ve had this for a little less than a week but so far it’s been very useful. The data it provides gives great insights that I use to maximize my general health and fitness. The sleep tracker has changed my behaviors so I can be at a higher level all day especially for workouts. Sleep detection and Activity detection make it easy to see performance for both with minimal interaction with the app. I also like the community section so I can see where I stack up in my gym group compared to those I know are very fit. I gave the mobile app rating 4 stars for a few reasons. I am on Android. First, the profile photo upload will not work and crashes the app. Two, navigating the heart rate chart can be a little glitchy with the selection bar jumping around. Three, it would be nice to see daily max heart rate as well as activity max heart rate in a quick view instead of trying to precisely navigate to it on the charts. It would be easy to just pull it up in the average heart rate card.

The cool parts first since credit where credit is due. The whoop is very accurate at analyzing some parameters that other fitness trackers don’t do very well, HOWEVER they place wayyyy too much faith in their “strain” and “recovery” metrics which just in the three months I’ve had the band, have had nothing to do with how hard I’ve actually felt I was working out, nor how good I felt the next day. Additionally, no display whatsoever so it provides no utility even as a watch, and to be honest, maybe steps aren’t the most important metric, but it’s nice to know roughly how active I’ve been in a day and whoop doesn’t provide even that basic information anywhere. This might be a product geared at those really looking to optimize health and fitness in every way, but for what they charge versus what they provide it’s frankly insulting. I’ve never had a Fitbit as bad as this whoop, in fact, I enjoy not wearing any watch or fitness tracker more than the whoop. It’s also practically impossible to cancel, customer service is slow and inefficient, and there’s nothing special about the band itself which you can’t even use if you don’t keep paying the ridiculous subscription cost. Save your money, get a garmin or Fitbit

I’ve worn a bunch of devices: Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Biostrap, and now this one. The two best for me have been Biostrap and Whoop. I have not determined whether Whoop or Biostrap is the most accurate. But both have excellent apps that give you a lot of information in a clear and easy to find way. While Whoop is sold direct to customers, Biostrap is sold through elite personal training and rehab facilities. Whoop has significantly better battery life.

disappointed overall – love the idea of this device and how it’s not supposed to be a watch!execution falls short. the app is OK and the data is good – I wish it could provide more real-time updates and vibration notification for calls/alerts. The subscription plan is bogus because now I am stuck with a device paid for a year that wont get much use.

Quit working after 3 months no returns through Amazon. I’ve upgraded the review to 3 stars because the company did reach out after my review and said it was probably a sensor and gave me an email address to process a replacement unfortunately we had already thrown it away since Amazon had already said no returns 😑 our loss I guess. Still very frustrating given the price but at least they reached out

Loved this purchase. The only down fall was the setup buying it from Amazon vs Whoop. Whoop’s customer service dept helped link the Whoop and had me up and running quickly. This product allows you to understand a lot more of your sleep, strain, and overall recovery. There’s days where I am flat out tired but busting my butt the day before. What I found is that the Whoop acknowledges the strain from the day before and recommends a good ‘recovery’ day.I do wish the battery life was longer. I feel I’m charging it everyone day. That said, the battery pack allows you to still wear the band while resuming normal activities. That different from the Apple Watch which I am used to. You physically need to take the watch off the charge it so I do appreciate Whoop bridging that gap.

I LOVE this band and I am NOT a fitness band person. Its the most comfortable and accurate and thorough band I have ever had (I only had 3). I dont care there is no watch face which alot of people care about. I am not interested in a watch. The ONLY con is the cheap plastic U piece that folds over and holds the band in place. WHY? It has come undone and nearly broke a few times. I HATE that. There is no reason for it to be SO flimsy on an otherwise outstanding piece of technology! I am worried I will snap it or break it at some point accidentally. Even snapping on the charger got a little difficult because it was slightly bent out of shape, which makes it fall out the hinge/holes. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars!

oaching- all in one tracking device. This literally took me a few minutes to set up, and is surprisingly comfortable (I am not a watch or bracelet wearing type of person). I really wanted to find a tracker that could help me understand my sleep patterns and overall daily health, and this definitely lives up to my expectations. Looking to add a few of the colored bands which apparently can swap out with the tracker. The black band is nice, but mixing it up for different occasions would be dun so I can wear it as much as possible.

quality sleep. I usually don’t leave reviews. But, Whoop has transformed my sleep routine in a big way! I’m loving how it tracks my sleep quality, duration, and stages, and the coaching in the app has helped me nail down the perfect bedtime for optimal rest and recovery. Since I started using Whoop, my sleep has improved significantly, and it’s made a noticeable impact on my overall health and performance. Highly recommend it!

thing as described by WHOOP!. I’ve been using an Apple Watch up to this point and my wife uses a WHOOP. We’ve compared and contrasted the data and information we have access to, the interface of that information, and the phone app. I finally am making the switch over to Whoop. My Apple Watch still has other valuable functionality that I find useful but the health component isn’t comparable to the WHOOP.

Already loving my Whoop! The journaling feature is very helpful in tracking my behaviors in terms of how much caffeine I’m drinking, how stressed I am and tracking which vitamins I am taking. The onboarding content that pops up in the App has been super helpful to learn the features of the Whoop. My favorite so far is how much sleep I am getting versus how much sleep I need. Excited to keep using the Whoop! This is a great investment so far in my health!

cker!. I love this tracker and it’s charge on the go feature. I can wear it 24/7 and it’s super sleek on my wrist. I’ve been working on getting more consistent sleep – the whoop tracks how much time I spend in each sleep stage and has a nifty feature that coaches you on when to go to bed based off of how much sleep your body needs. I use the health monitor every morning to check my heart rate variability and resting heart rate – I can also easily email my cardiologist a history of these metrics straight from the app – how neat! It’s been interesting to see what activities increase my strain the most between hiking, yard work, and walking my husky. I also like the stress monitor – I use the breathing exercise after having a presentation at work. The whoop seems to be getting smarter as I use it more – how cool!

Work. I purchased the Whoop 4.0 after a friend introduced me to it. Looked and sounded great.Hopefully I just have a faulty one and no one else has experienced this, specifically as it’s a health related product, not a pleasurable purchase, just seems to make the fact it’s completely dead even more so. After fully charging (three times) it’s won’t connect with my Bluetooth, no light indicator when tapped (as instructed) – literally lifeless.Sending back. Such a shame as the concept of the product was a major interest to me.
