    After opening package, one of the 2 cartridges had noticeable ink spills inside the clear plastic. Wiped it down and put in printer, which recognized it as a previously used cartridge. Ink level showed full so I was happy. No issues so far. Great value for the price.

    HP branded ink cartridges have gotten ridiculously expensive, so I’m glad I found these cheaper alternatives. My HP printer read the cartridges with no problem. I’ve only printed documents, so I can’t attest to the ink quality for photo printing. But these work just fine for documents printed on regular 8.5″x11″ paper.

    I’ve used this brand before without any problems. However, this time the colored ink cartridge did not work. It leaked and created error messages on my printer. I had to put the old empty cartridge in just so I could print in black and white. Because I order ahead of time to have a spare, the return window was expired. I switched back to another brand I’ve used before and put in an order. Update: The supplier saw my review and offered a full refund even through it was past the return date so upgrading my rating.

    I’ve used remanufactured ink cartridges previously, but not from Valuetoner. These don’t work; they just deliver an error message and the inability to print or copy.UPDATE!The company reached out to me following my initial review and asked for details re. my HP Envy printer model. They kindly sent me new remanufactured ink cartridges. THEY WORKED! Thank you, Valuetoner, for taking time to troubleshoot the issues and ensuring I received a product that worked with my printer. Much appreciated!

    I’ve been purchasing ValueToner Ink for my HP printer for some time. I’ve also like that they provide a prepaid envelope to recycle the ink cartridge. When my color cartridge ran out of ink I replaced with a new ValueToner cartridge. The printer would not recognize the cartridge. After following all the instruction provided nothing seemed to work. I contacted ValueToner support, described the problem and they immediately sent me a replacement. Great customer service!!

    economical value. Cartridges are recycled from original HP products. Packaging was professional in that the chips were protected as well as the ink supply area. Air tight bags used on each individual cartridge. Recycle bag included with contents so replaced cartridges can be returned for recycling/ postage free. Replacing cartridges was the same as using new HP products but at a much better price.
