    If you need one of these this is a good option. We only needed it for one class so this price point was perfect compared to the more expensive ones. It’s not as heavy and bulky as the ones you got 20 years ago so it’s easy to throw in a backpack. Quality is good. Great for student.

    I got this calculator because my intermediate college algebra instructor said I needed it. It has some good functions. I can change some decimals to fractions if I start the math problem with a fraction. It has arrows so you can go to the part of the problem needing fixed without having to reenter the whole equation. It doesn’t graph or do anything a more advanced calculator does but it’s a fraction of the cost and works great for what I’m using it for!

    The calculator works great for my intro to math for nursing. I do not use all the features on it, but I am happy to have them. The screen makes it easy to see and review the calculations I have plugged in.     I bought my TI Calculator in April 2023 and expected to have a reliable calculator. Did not use it much, but when I wanted to use it a couple of days ago, the display was faded and sketchy. Parts of the numbers were missing. Difficult to read.I like what this calculator could do, but earlier models were much more reliable and lasted many years.I just ordered a new TI calculator (same model) and we shall see how it will perform.Update:The issue I reported was caused by having stored the calculator in a dark spot. After leaving it exposed to sunlight, the calculator display works again. As I said above: I really like what this little calculator can do.

    It works well for the price! It’s been helpful in my trigonometry class. The only minor issue is that the buttons can be a bit stubborn, sometimes requiring a firmer press to register. A quick tip: applying slightly more pressure when entering numbers can help. Overall, it’s a fantastic value compared to spending hundreds for a scientific calculator. check your requirements before buying. my professor said it was ok to buy.

    I ordered this model by mistake and wanted the model with mathprint because it’s easier to read and more intuitive. This one works and is the same model used in a class I’m taking and I use it for testing (non-graphing). I prefer to use my own supplies over someone else’s, including the professor’s supplied calculators.I prefer my TI-84 CE because it’s meaty, has a great screen and mathprint software but my Casio sees regular use in class and in labs. I think the Casio is better than the TI30 but for testing purposes, I use the TI 30 to remain consistent with the rest of the class. The TI30 is great if you need a calculator while working with corrosive chemicals and don’t want more expensive devices damaged. It’s also great for kids. The buttons require some heavy finger pressing to get them input.5/5 stars overall, but 3/5 for readability for lacking mathprint on this model.

    It is a calculator, it calculates fine. It is cheap, sometimes the buttons don’t register if you get going too fast and don’t press them well. Overall, it is a good little calculator that is small thin and easy to cary around, and it is cheap enough that if it gets damaged, you won’t be too upset.

    It’s a cheap calculator so quality wise it’s not all that great but it gets the calculations done and they are right so it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. Not excited but still happy about the purchase. I am able to use it as I wanted without the fear of it getting lost because it’s cheap.
