This thing can slam through 40 pages like the hulk rips apart blackwidow! Great power and functionality. Looks quite stylish too.

This stapler is awesome. I have not had the normal Stapler problems and it is flat in the back so you don’t get poked by the Staple.

I’m a Service Advisor at a dealership and we use thick paper for our repair orders so they dont fall apart if they get oil on them or get stepped on or whatever the case may be. The problem is that when you get a large job, it can be 30 sheets between the Accounting copy, Service Copy, Original Pre-work order and my regular PaperPro one touch stapler thats served me well for 2 years just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Another advisor had this stapler and I ended up using when billing his customer out. It goes through everything light butter. Its easy to squeeze, and easy to handle. Its all around excellent. If you need the little extra power, this is totally worth it.Extremely Rugged and Sturdy design.Very well made with nice looking and feeling materials (Not the biggest fan of orange but its not a big deal)Replacing staples is a breeze, you may have to break like 5 off the groups of staples before putting them inCan stand vertically if neededCan be operated with one finger and has spring loaded functioncompletely secures your pages together, Completely flattens the prongs of the staples that come through the other side, no rounding of the tips, no loosness.Hands down, my favorite stapler I’ve every owned. I have a stapler graveyard in an unused drawer from going through so many, I think I finally found one thats going to last! 100% Recommend!

small size. Thank. I needed a multi page stapler and found this little gem. It easily staples many pages with ease and my hands are arthritic. Needs little effort to do the job.

Updated Review on 10/8/18: This has become a favorite of our office staff and I found myself ordering 3 more of them today. However, I will say that it really CANNOT staple anywhere near 40 sheets. In fact, It has a bit of trouble stapling 25 sheets, and they aren’t thick sheets; just regular copy paper. It’s frustrating for me because I now have to staple the packet TWICE. Once with about 20 sheets; then I put the rest of the packets behind the 1st packed and staple it behind the 1st packet, but I only select about the last 5-10 pages and then staple the rest of the pack together. It’s a hassle, but I don’t have to do it very often thank goodness (trying to use LESS paper these days). Otherwise, it feels really good in your hand, operates nicely and doesn’t take up much space. If they would just make it so it really would staple 40 sheets it would be just about perfect. So far so good. This product reviews were great, and OfficeMax/OfficeDepot appeared to have the exact same stapler but at a much more expensive price, so I thought I would take the leap and order from Amazon. When the item arrived I was very confused because it’s SMALL. I totally thought I was going to receive a normal/regular sized stapler. But it’s adorable and we decided to give it a try. It’s a HAND stapler (one that you hold in your hand), and it’s comfortable. It’s easy to use and I’ve ask my employee to test it out and let me know how they like it. So far, she loves it. It works very well, is easy to use, hasn’t jammed, takes us less desk space than a normal sized stapler, so all-in-all this is a great product and review. If anything happens, such as the stapler breaking, hurting our employee’s hands while using or anything else negative, I will be sure an update the review.

I first came across the Swingline “low force” stapler at my prior job and thought it was fine but really didn’t think it was anything special. It was a stapler. And it sort of annoyed me that it didn’t open up as the typical staplers do if you want to post something on the wall. Well, all of that changed when I switched jobs and was provided with the old normal type staplers that are not “low force”. Boy did I miss my old stapler! About a week in, I decided I had to have it and I ordered it. I reviewed a bunch of staplers and never knew that there could be such varied reviews about a stapler! In any event, I landed on this one as I wanted something that could staple more than just 10 or 15 pages and I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on an electric stapler (which I would love to have). Given my previous experience with these staplers I don’t anticipate that I will have any problems with this stapler from a traditional use sense. Thus far, I have used it to staple about 25 pages and it has worked great! Yes, it does not hold a lot of staples, but having the “low force” stapler back in my life that can staple more than 10 or 15 pages is great! One note on the “low force” staplers in general – in my experience, they can break easily. I accidentally dropped one and it never worked again – no idea why, I just couldn’t get it to work again. Other than that, the “low force” stapler is the best stapler out there.
