Out of the box impressions are -It’s slightly smaller in length and width than my iPhone 15 Pro Max in an Otterbox Defender case, and just over twice as thick. My unscientific analysis (picking them up with my hands) has this power bank weighing in about twice as heavy as the phone.… Yeah, not something you’ll be carrying around in your jeans pocket for sure, but it’ll be absolutely great to fit into a backpack. I tried it in my he-man style fanny pack and with this battery, phone, wallet, and a couple of other things in there the side pack does get a wee bit heavy.Oh, uh, the instructions were written by an individual who doesn’t use English as a first language, so read carefully. The only thing I really had to figure out for myself is that you click the side button twice to turn it off … I think. 😁I first charged it to 100% as recommended. Out of the box my unit was at 41%. It DOES charge slowly, but I like to use lower-wattage (5w?) older Apple charging bricks to lessen the long term ‘stress’ on all my batteries during charging cycles. Anyway, it took about four or five hours to get to 100%, but, well, I wasn’t watching it that closely …The test – the next morning I checked and it was at 100%, so I plugged in my iPhone 15 PMx using the included USB-A to USB-C cable (it’s quite short). My phone was at 42% and I watched the charging progress — and I was actively using my phone while it was charging and/or I was listening to music on the phone. My very unscientific results has the phone charging about 3-4% for every 1% of the drain on the power bank. So that’s, what, about three full phone charges to one full power bank charge? And this is with a brand new unit. I’d plan on two full phone charges per 100% power bank charge to be safe.Slim and light she ain’t, but this thing is designed to be a strong and reliable backup source and I think it’s perfect for that. If I were to go camping for a few days in the bush I’d definitely take along a few of these things. Great price, too! What’s not to love?

This charger charges quickly. It is heavy but still worth the price. I carry it everyday. I would but it again.

I love this battery it’s like many others said, a little heavy and likely won’t fit in your pocket. But it’s certainly been reliable.I didn’t realize when I bought this that USBC output was possible and only recently converted and found that it doesn’t work for my phone or any device 🙁 it says it’s output but my phone doesn’t get charged which is a bummer. Can’t find a customer support email either.

I purchased one of these to run a GoPro Hero 11 Black without the battery installed (better cooling and longer run time). I have run the GoPro for as long as 9 hours with the Power Bank and still have an indicated 25% charge remaining. This works so well that I bought a second one for a spare. After using them for almost a year one of them stopped charging and gave of a slight burnt smell. The item is listed with a 3 year warranty. I contacted the seller, TENGJIADA, through Amazon and they responded quickly. They resolved the issue by sending me an new one for free. I had the new unit withina few days.I recommend the RGVOTA 38800mAh Portable Charger and am pleased to see that TENGJIADA stands behind the warranty!

**Portable Charger 38800mAh Review: Reliable Power for Extended Adventures**I recently took the Portable Charger 38800mAh on a three-day hike along the Appalachian Trail, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance and reliability. This power bank proved to be an essential companion throughout our journey, keeping our devices charged and ready without fail. The 38800mAh capacity is more than sufficient for extended outdoor trips. It comfortably charged my smartwatch and smartphone multiple times, as well as my friend’s phone, all without needing a recharge until the end of our adventure. Even after three days of consistent use, the power bank still had over 50% battery remaining, which speaks volumes about its efficiency and capacity. The LCD display on the power bank is a fantastic feature that allowed us to easily monitor the remaining battery percentage and the output status. This feature came in handy, especially when deciding when to recharge the power bank during breaks along the trail. In terms of build quality, the Portable Charger 38800mAh feels robust and durable. It survived being tossed into backpacks and enduring various weather conditions without any issues. The multiple USB outputs were convenient, allowing us to charge multiple devices simultaneously, which is essential when you’re hiking with a group. It is a little heavy but it’s worth the extra weight.Furthermore, the charging speed was impressive, delivering a quick and reliable charge to our devices each time. Whether we were topping up during breaks or overnight at camp, the power bank consistently performed well without overheating or slowing down.Overall, I highly recommend the Portable Charger 38800mAh for anyone who needs a reliable power source for outdoor adventures. Its high capacity, durability, and efficient charging capabilities make it a standout choice for hikers, campers, and travelers alike. With this power bank in your pack, you can stay connected and powered up wherever your adventures take you.

First off, it’s a big battery. It’s heavy and bulky. Can you carry it around? Sure. It’s a bit large but fits in a pocket or hoodie pocket just fine. Definitely wouldn’t be comfortable lugging it around for a hike but fits in a backpack fine as well.People saying “not convenient for hiking” yeah? No duh, why would you bring this hiking. Firstly, you’re hiking, you probably don’t have internet to begin with, so your battery shouldn’t be dying that fast anyway, and second, why would you NEED a capacity this high for hiking, bring a smaller more convenient battery pack. Keep it in your backpack. Don’t complain about the size when it’s quite obvious it’s going to be large and bulky. Durr. For my opinion. It’s a good battery, it hold a humongous charge that lasts days. I see this as being perfect for road trips where you don’t have to worry about holding it, just sit it in a cup holder or something and let it charge. No duh it takes a long time to re-charge it’s 38k mAh. BUT it’s not even that long. I saw reviews of people saying it takes FOREVER but never gave an actual time of charging. I charged it from dead and it took maybe 3-4 hours. Which is REASONABLE for 38 THOUSAND mAh!!!! Obviously it’s going to take long to charge.[EDIT]: the product is not advertised to fast charge, but you can get it to fast charge by using a higher capacity wire. The wire provided with the pack will not fast charge due to its limitations but you can buy a higher capacity charging wire for a few bucks here on Amazon. After using the new wire for a few days it fast charges just like the original plug that came with my phone. So I recommend buying a fast charging wire if you don’t want to wait 8hrs to charge your phone.TL;DR It’s big and bulky and not comfortable to lug around in a pocket, but it holds charge for days with multiple uses, it takes a bit to re-charge but it’s a large capacity so be patient. It does the job and charges the phone in reasonable amount of time. It isn’t advertised as a fast charging device, but for the price compared to other brands it’s good at what it does. And what it does is charge your device.

Love this charger. Quickly charges my iPhone, works for at least 4-5 full charges before needing to be charged back up. As other reviews say, it does take a while to charge the pack. Too bulky/heavy for a purse, but good for throwing in a backpack or something a little bigger. Already purchased a second one.

This is a great battery. I recently took it to Asia for a 3-week business trip and was pleased with the performance. A few things that you should be aware of before you buy:1. This battery carries a lot of power, therefore it weighs more than most of your slim battery packs. It’s not something that you would want to slip into your pocket for a day of walking. If you are looking for something suitable for this, find something a little lighter.2. This battery is also much thicker than the smaller battery packs that I have. Again, not great for slipping into your pocket. I kept mine in my backpack or a fanny pack (I know) and I didn’t have issues at all with taking it with me.3. Because of the power in this unit, it takes time to charge. When the power started to wind down, I made sure to give it a charge overnight. This isn’t a battery that you can charge in an hour or two. It takes a good amount of time to charge.Great things about this battery:- The battery life is incomparable. It lasts forever. I never felt like I was in danger of using up a full battery in a day – regardless of what I did with it.- The screen gives you an exact, numerical, representation of the current battery power remaining. This is so much better than the 4 or 5 light systems.- If you need it, the 4 full-sized USB ports are a great asset.

This product has four output connections and plenty of power to charge your mobile devices. It lacks in three areas. The instructions are very poor. I had to do some internet searches and look at other reviews in order to learn how to recharge it and to use it to charge other devices. It only has one cable and no wall charger. The supplied cable is a short USB-A to a USB-C cable. My wife has a new iPad so this was what she needed. I have an iPad and an iPhone with a lightning connector so I needed a different cable. You also need to supply a good wall charger in order to recharge the portable charger. Once again, in order to use the supplied cable the charger must have a USB-C connector or you must supply a compatible cable.

While I wanted the brand name one that does wireless and wired charging (too many negative reiews with serious issues), or the one from Anker that is mini and charges wireless and wired (it was only for i-products), I ended up getting this one bcs of the capacity, 20% coupon, great reviews, and next day delivery. Taking a trip to Europe and want to make sure I have juice for my phone ( last time I forgot to bring a travel charger- yes, it had been 6 years since I traveled abroad).I know I just got this last night, but here are a few observations- be prepared that it takes a long time to charge. Mine has been plugged in since 8 last night. It is now 4am. It had 22% charge ~ 8500 mAh…I plugged it in and wondered if it was defective when after 10 min there was no change…after 8 hours, it is at 58%. It will probably take 24 hours to get it to 100. That said, it should give me almost 8 charges, if my phone’s battery is completely empty.- it is bulky and heavy (expected for the amount of charge it holds). You will not just casually carry this around in your back pocket or miniature purse.- when you press the button on the side, the display will light up and tell the amount of charge. After a while, it will turn off. When plugged in, same display blinks while charing to display progress. It is only the right number in the ones place that blinks, the left (10s place) is on continuously.- there hasn’t been any indication of heating up. The first 8 hours of charging has been with my regular charging block and 10 ft regular USB A /C cable. I just connected it to my Anker 100 watt cable and Anker 30 Watt brick.- It comes with a very short cable, which I have not yet used. I also ordered an adapter with USB C female to USB A male for my 100 watt cable, in case I misplace my USB A/C cable. This has 1 USB mini and 1 USB C input and 4 USB A outputs.Update Nov 14: it took 14 hrs to charge from 22% to 100%. Charging my Fold 4 is extremely slow. I will need to turn it off to really make any headway. I had contemplated returning it, but since this is intended for absolute emergencies, I will keep it. To be fair, nothing in the description said it would provide fast charging and I did not expect it to. It charges at the speed b4 fast & super-fast charging. It is and does exactly what the description says. That is why I am not taking off any stars.

I have several things to say about this Charging unit. First of all: I am technically challenged. I am, Old School. With that said here is my review. It came well packaged and delivery time was quick: And it came undamaged. The Instructions are ridiculous. So here’s what you do. You take it out of the package you plug in the charging cord. It will take maybe 6 + hours to charge it fully. I did it overnight and the next day it was fully charged and ready to be used. I have all Android Products. Do to the questionable reviews from questionable people I was a little concerned, however; I plugged in my phone note 9, I plugged in my kindle, And My diabetic glucometer. Let it be known that all 3 charged within An hour. All 3 were nearly dead. After they were charged I unplugged them one by one because some where done before the other. Barely any power was used I think it was down to 89%. I didn’t shut it off but left it on to see if the battery would drain. It did not! I unplugged it and shut it off. And I think this Is where some people had major difficulties. My device remained charged for 2 days straight. No draining at all. I’ve had it for a good week now and it’s still charged! LOL so I don’t know what difficulties people are having or what they’re doing with it but I can assure you this is a good product I highly recommend it. Please note that it has some weight to it I don’t have a scale to weigh it but none the less it is what it is. IF You want to be able to charge a lot of products and still have Power left over this is what you need! I keep my electronics stored in a bag designed for storing electronics. I highly recommend this product and This seller. Before you go on negative reviews, why don’t you give this product a try. Not all reviewers are trolls.

I recently purchased a portable battery charger, and I am absolutely thrilled with its performance and convenience. This little device has become an essential companion for me, ensuring that I never run out of battery power on my electronic devices when I need them the most.First and foremost, the compact size of this portable charger is incredibly convenient. It easily fits into my pocket or bag, making it perfect for travel, outdoor adventures, or even just daily commutes. Its lightweight design ensures that I can carry it around effortlessly without adding any unnecessary burden. The charging capacity of this device is impressive. With a high-capacity battery, it provides ample power to charge my smartphone, tablet, or other USB-powered devices multiple times. I no longer have to worry about finding a wall outlet or being tethered to a power source. The charging speed is exceptional as well. This portable charger efficiently charges my devices in a fraction of the time it would take with a regular wall charger. This is a game-changer when I’m on the go and need a quick boost of battery life. One of the standout features of this portable charger is its multiple USB ports. It allows me to charge multiple devices simultaneously, which is incredibly convenient, especially when sharing with friends or family. The smart charging technology ensures that each device gets the optimal charging speed without any risk of overcharging or damaging the battery.Additionally, the durability of this portable charger is worth mentioning. I like this charger. Does the job. It definitely holds a charge for charging a phone maybe 3-4 times before the portable battery needs charging itself. I pretty much use it when I forget to charge my phone at night. The only downfall is charging the actual portable battery from 0-100% takes forever and a day to recharge. I’ve gone up to a couple days and the battery is still charging. Way too long for a battery pack to recharge. Otherwise it’s easy to carry around. Has a little bit of weight if you keep the battery pack in your pocket. Definitely noticeable having it in your pant pocket compared to a backpack and such. Definitely durable and will last for years.

Love the battery it self. Last a good while, but I think the big reason it feels like it lasts longer is due to charging my phone as slow as it does. On average it charges about 1% per minute (maaaaaybe 2 every now and then). Not bad, but not good for a quick charge or a life line

Like I love this thing. It’s pretty petite and it does take quite a while to charge so I suggest charging it through a USBC to USBC charger block. But the thing is able to charge my phone four times on 100% pretty snag. I love the digitized screen for how much percent is left tap. It wants to turn on, tap it twice to turn off

I ordered two of these batteries for travel. I charged them up before use. One wouldn’t charge above 84%. The other right to 100%. I put the one that didn’t charge on the same cable set up as the one that did charge to 100%. Nothing. No more added charge. I discharged it in attempts to re-charge to full capacity. The indicator showed 73% max charge. I’m returning that battery. The battery which charged to 100% has been keeping my iPhone 14 pro charged for nearly 48 hours now and is down to 46%. I leave my phone unlocked a lot, meaning the screen is on and consuming power. I expect one battery charge will keep my iPhone up charged up for 72-96 hours. Great for traveling. The down side, other than the one battery not charging to full capacity, is long recharge times. From fully discharged, you can expect 12 hour recharge time. Additionally, the plug sockets are not smooth seem a bit stiff. More pressure than normal is required to insert a cord plug. Lastly, the auto off function is a bit frustrating. While traveling, the best time to fully charge my phone is overnight. However, once the phone is fully charged, the battery pack shuts down. The result is waking in the morning to partially discharged phone. This is a simple battery, lots of capacity, with a few draw backs. For the price, it’s worth it. 4 stars with the draw backs due to the low price point.

I’ve been using this bank constantly since I got it about a month ago.First off, I found out that you can pass-thru charge with this bank. Totally unexpected and welcomed. Maybe pass-thru charge isn’t a good descriptor. If I plug in a 3A power source to charge the bank, then plug my phone into the power output from the bank, I show a 120ma trickle charge going to my phone’s battery. Not great, but it’s something. I see it as a way to keep from draining my device while the bank tops off. Very nice feature.I am questioning the power claims of 38000mAh. My phone gets about 4 good charges @ 4500mAh before the bank runs low. I’ll follow up with a timed load test if I can find time to do it.Aside from the likely-inflated capacity number, this bank seems to do what it is sold to do, with an additional feature.

I have just received the external battery, but I already have a possible problem with it. The external battery came with a cord, but it’s not the cord to charge it! It came with a 1 foot usb to usb-c cord (which works for me to charge my phone from the battery) but the battery needs a micro USB to charge. Not a problem for me since I’m an android girl and have multiple micro USB cords, but Apple users beware, you may not have a cord to charge this device.

This is a good product that works as advertised. My wife and I both have iPhone 11 models. So far this charging block is clocking 5 to 6 full charges of our phones before it needs to be recharged. But clarification is needed in the ad copy. Note: yes, this charger will charge an iPhone 11 — but not with the lightning cable included with iPhone 11. The cable that comes with iPhone 11 models is a Thunderbolt to USB Type-C lightning cable. The USB-C port on the charging block is INPUT ONLY. It does state this specification in the ad copy. But for the benefit of those who have iPhone 11 model phones it would be helpful to know they will have to also get a compatible cable to connect to any of the 4 USB Type-A ports in order to use this portable charger with their devices. Here is the USB Type-A to Type-C lightning cable I bought on Amazon, as recommended by Apple support:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0842TQH9X?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsIt's a 2-pack deal — “His and Hers” — which makes me twice as happy!

What I Like:1.) I bought this to keep a number of small devices charged during a week of travel: 2 phones, USB Fan, camera. I used this daily and made it through the week with one recharge of this power bank.2.) 4 USB connectors for charging – a couple of times, I found it handy to eek out a charge on 4 devices at a time3.) Display and on/off switch – OK, although the on and off switch could be better if recessed a bit. I accidentally turned it on and off a couple of times. What I don’t like:- Not much for me to criticize here besides recessing the on/off button, and I should’ve chose a unit with one USB-C connector for charging

I’ve had it a couple weeks and it charges efficiently and stores a lot of juice. What it doesn’t have is a lot of lights and indicators. It has an on/off button and a not-very-bright, 3-digit display which shows the percentage charge remaining. If it is charging rather than discharging (fueling a phone), the first (low-order) digit flashes. If you can see the display, it’s on, if you can’t, it’s off.If the unit gets too warm, it shuts off to protect itself. This puzzled me and I thought it might be defective when it wouldn’t stay on to charge my phone. Then I realized it was too hot in my car and it was doing what it is supposed to do.Haven’t done a bunch of charges yet, but based on the percentage readout, I have no problem believing that this guy holds four full charges for my large phone.

ve it, except for if I’m charging just my headphones, it will keep turning off. That LITERALLY is the only problem I’ve had so far. When your charging a phone or anything else, it doesn’t suck the battery dry. It holds it’s charge for a VERY long time. The lowest it’s ever been is in the low 80’s, and I only have charged it once then and 1-3 weeks later. It is still in the 90% capacity area. I just love it. ❤️

oth ways. PROS: It’s rather large, and heavier than i was expecting. It looks and feels like it is well made and durable. Love the light up display and the ability to charge with micro OR type C to USB cords. That being said…CONS: This thing takes FOREVER to charge to capacity. Honestly, I believe that it has only charged to display 100% a couple of times after being plugged in overnight. Sometimes only charges to 40-50% in that time or the time I have to recharge it, and I’ve noticed charging speed varies widely. It can be finicky about cords and charging blocks or car adapters, but once I get that magic combo correct, it performs fairly well.I have plugged my nearly dead phone into it many many times when the LCD is showing 15% or less and it has exceeded my expectations by fully or nearly charging my phone to 100% before it runs out. In fact, in my experience it charges faster when its under 25% than it does when its over that for some reason. Another CON for some might actually be the size and weight of the unit. When it’s in my purse, I definitely know it’s in my purse because it is noticeably heavier than usual. It is also about the same size as my Samsung phone, but much thicker, obviously. My conclusion….since it has charged my phone enough for me to use it without interruption during my day I think I’m ok with keeping it and avoiding the hassle of returning/selecting a new one…I just wish it recharged itself a bit faster and was more consistent in it’s charging of my phone.

as it was exactly as shown. So far, the specs I can check (most except drain) were met. My wife was the recipient, and a hesitant one.She doesn’t like change, and the power bank I gave her 5 years ago, died. Big dilemma! 🤯She has not only accepted this one, but would fight you for it. She has told me it is able to provide more recharges, recharges the unit in 4 or so hours from mostly empty, and oh yeah, it has a nice digital display of battery capacity at the push of a button. Got the green one. More like a Southwestern Desert Pastel Green. Very subtle, and pleasant.

but has auto off. I’ve read several reviews that discussed long charge times. Charge duration for the most part is a function of the amount of current your power supply can deliver. There can be limits set within the device, but If you are using a small travel charger that can only delver a few milliamps of current your charge time is going to be longer. If you use a power supply such as for your MacBook Air or larger, then charge times will be shorter. The manufacturer should discuss this more in their advertising. With that said, I received my device yesterday at 37% charge. I connected it to a larger cell phone charger (iPhone) and had a full charge in about 5 hours. The downside for me is that while it can provide power to anything that requires USB power. That device must draw enough current to disable the auto-off circuitry. I have a USB powered Bluetooth receiver I use for an older car and the receiver powered up initially but the supply turned off within 30 seconds because the current draw was so low. If you need such a supply that does not have an auto-off check out Voltaic System v25 or one of their higher capacity models.

e. If I charge the battery to 100% and unplug it right away it will use 30% – 40% of the battery to charge my IPhone Se. BUT if I charge it to 100% and leave it on the charger over night it will charge my phone and only use about 15%- 20% of my battery. So last week I left it on the charger for a few days (5v 2.4 amp type c) and it used 3% to fully charge my phone.I fill like there is a problem with the display readouts charging but it is something I can deal with. Overall it has done everything I needed it for.

ed this power bank because the first one I bought on Amazon did not work at all. This one is really clear to read, simple to operate, and quite powerful. Purchased it for travel but it’s so powerful. I’m thinking I’m going to use it to save electricity and power my devices with this power bank. It is heavy, but it is also everything I wanted and more. It only uses the USB C as the port to charge itself, and there are four USB A ports, which is the port that powers most everything else customers need to charge their devices, and 2 micro ports. Finally, Tech support for a year!

pposed to. Normally I never write reviews, but I am this time for this product because while looking for a power pack I have never had such a time trying to tell what was good or what was bad in the choices on Amazon. So here is an HONEST review by someone who is by no means an expert just a normal user who needs a charge for his cell phone every now and then.First, it was packaged nicely and appears to be a quality product. It was charged to 26% when I turned it on. The instructions said to fully charge it before use. It took a little over 5 hours to fully charge with a fast charge wall charger and USB-C cord. My girlfriend and I both have Galaxy phones S22 and A51. We have charged one from 60% to full 72% to full and 55% to full and it still reads 82%. All of the charges took less than an hour to complete.I am very satisfied so far, especially for the price.

charge really well. I’m always skeptical of buying electronics, but this thing is definitely worth the money. I charged it up and it holds the charge really well and charges My electronics pretty quickly. I’ve used it on my phone, iPad and a card reader for business. Sometimes two at once and this thing absolutely holds up

ith me EVERYWHERE, I can charge my kindle, iPad pro, and my Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra. I havent tried at the same time, inusually only need to do one at a time. If I use it down to 20% I can put it on my super fast charger and it will be charged when I get up the next morning. I really, really live this portable charger, leagues better than the one I had before. Also, the screen showing the battery percent is clear.

oroughly impressed after weeks of heavy use. 4 high speed out ports, charges with either USB type, sealed on 5 of the 6 sides so water resistant to an extent, and almost a full charge while I sleep. Only thing to keep in mind is the size, it’s about the size of 2 galaxy notes ontop of each other with small cases on and about the same weight. Inconvenient if you’re carrying it with no purse or pocket space but has no problem fitting in men’s jeans back pockets with a galaxy note attached to it and has no problem sitting somewhere while it does its thing.

It charges slowly. I’ve been spoiled with rapid charges. There’s no option for that on this battery. However, it does charge well. So, my lower review is for the length of time to charge.

but Heavy for travel. Charger works great and quick, but it is too heavy for carrying in a purse or backpack for light travel trips. Weighs more than any other charger I’ve owned. Plus, there wasn’t a pamphlet/warranty paper with the unit when received, therefore, unsure how the display works or if there is a battery to replace if and when the LED goes out. Unsure what to do if that happens.

y & Bulky. I decided I needed an upgrade from the old power bank I used which was about 3500 mAH. Upon receiving it and charging it, I noticed that it takes quite some time to charge to 100%. It went from 35% to 100% in about five hours. It’s quite large and bulky but thus far had no issues with charging other devices. If you’re looking for something slim and small, I suggest to look elsewhere. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with it.

d cyclist, averaging 20 miles a day, this was a perfect addition to my ride, keeping my GoPro and phone charged; even in the cold weather. Holds a charge well too, have gone 6 rides already and still have over 45% battery life left. Another plus is the power display, it let’s me know how long I have left to go.Update 02-20-2023 — I charged this battery over 5 weeks ago and have road multiple rides while charging my GoPro and my cellphone and as you can see by the attached picture it still has 26% capacity. I keep it in my bikes saddlebag in the garage (where it is cold) and it still holds the charge. This is by far the best battery pack I have purchased for this purpose.
