Everyone knows the Logitech G920, it’s the first thing most guys think of when they are thinking of getting one of these setups. You get a shifter, 3 pedals and a wheel, way under the cost of any other manufacture in the current day. Is it high quality? No, it’s plastic and weird foam leather, but you know that going in. The G920 is for those of you who want to do casual sim racing, those of you who want to come in at a low cost and see if this is for you and those of you who only play occasionally. The unit uses as few USB ports as possible, opting for VGA style connectors to the wheel for both the shifter and pedal unit making it a great option if your PC doesn’t have a lot of ports and the software is great for what it needs to do. Compatible with games like BeamNG/BeamMP, Forza and Asseto Corsa it’s a great option with a LOT of physical community mods and tutorials available so you can build out/tune the set up for your use case and preference. She may be cheap, but she sets the bar for a lot of people.

I have had this for a good long while now, and it has served me well, still works fine. I have no complaints with it at all. I use it mostly for American Truck Simulator, so no high speed racing experience/input here. The pedals work very well indeed. Gives a realistic clutch experience on ATS.There are newer models now, but I can recommend this one!

If you’re on the edge of thinking about buying wheels and pedals edge no longer. It’s super fun. Quality is pretty good. One thing I did do was take the rubber block out of the brake pedal or else it’s SUPER stiff. Would definitely recommend super super fun.

I had a wheel with shifter before but my dog tore it up. Couldn’t resist it and rebought it again a few months later. 10/10 fun and reliable

Look, I know there’s plenty of (cheaper) option on the market. When I received this product for Forza and Farming Sim 22. This device has been game changing! The quality, stability, and comfort makes playing racing games 1000x better! I actually didn’t know it would work well with farming simulator but to my surprise, it made the game a lot better. VERY easy setup and fits on most table tops or gaming desks you have. For what you get, I have no problem saying this is a great value for the money you spend. Invest a little and treat yourself to something nice!

I have been using this sterling wheel for a couple of months now and it’s still going strong. The quality is decent, meaning some parts are metal but others are plastic. Nonetheless, it’s good quality for the price. When it comes to use, you will need to have a table to mount the well and shifter or get yourself a racing chair or stand. You can have this on your lap with the weight being around 10lbs and the wheel force response, it won’t stay still. Also, the short usb cable to connect to your pc or ps5 will require you to sit within 4-5 ft of the console/tower, which is the only con in my opinion. I’d still recommend it.

Had to disassemble the pedals in order to fix a misplaced wire. After plugging in the first time, I was having issues getting the pedals to assign and then it was showing as being pressed when not actually being pressed. After taking the pedals apart, I found a wire was routed under instead of over a screw causing it to act as if it was being pressed all the time. After fixing that, things have worked with no issues. Overall, sturdy controller, just wish the pedals were built with better qc specs.

We were looking for more immersion while playing our PC and Xbox racing games. This helped accomplish that. We got the force wheel, pedals, and force shifter bundle and paired it with this mount stand: VEVOR G920 Racing Steering & Shifter Mount https://a.co/d/7xX3dFWThe force feedback is really good, you can feel all the bumps and crashes. We play Forza Horizon 5. And also Raceroom Racing experience using our Oculus 2 VR headset (which is free). We’ve only played on PC but it’s good to know we can move to the XBox too to play some of those eventually.

Cutting to the chase: The shifter is almost never supported outside the most diehard racing sims. In the games supporting it, it works well, but all it does is make those games harder. It doesn’t really add much to the experience IMO, but if you’re looking for full immersion, it’s not even the most realistic shifter and feels awkward to gear up/down with. Of course, a lot of what makes or breaks this immersion is positioning, so make sure you buy a good wheel and shifter stand to complement it. I tend not to use the shifter after the initial few days of using it. It just wasn’t worth my time to make it work in the games I ended up wanting to play. It works out of box in Gran Tourismo Sport, 6 and 7 on PS4 and PS5, and it works well in Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally 2, and Grid on PC with minimal setup time. The wheel is very cool. The force feedback is amazing. I get complements from even the most shrewd people about it. The game support is pretty good, and remapping its controls is very easy with Logitech GHub. You can change the wheel to a smaller turn radius for kart games, and the force feedback can be tuned or turned off very easily if you get annoyed with it.The pedals are good but a slight bit disappointing. Pressing the pedals feels good, though each pedal has a different resistance and distance to 100% power. The distance can be edited, but the resistance cannot. They don’t have the same force feedback unfortunately, so you won’t feel that beat of the ground on your feet. The brake feels too difficult to press sometimes, depending on the game, but to be honest, it makes finding the right pedal easy. The pedals are also unable to be remapped to anything in GHub, so if you thought you’d be able to use these pedals as an OBS shortcuts board for your feet, you’ll be very disappointed.Overall, good combo product for its intended use case, but you need a good stand for these to make good use of them. I really wish Logitech would better support the product in GHub, so I’m taking off a star for lack of support. Another star is taken away for the low build quality and poor keymapping potential of the shifter. The overall feel of the wheel, though, is so good that I have to elevate this back up to 4/5 stars.

For the price, I think you will be hard-pressed to find something that does the job as well as this one. I don’t like when people compare products across budgets, and then show how the one not even half the price is worse. So, here are the highlights:Very sturdy, especially when mounted on a racing chair. The screw pattern is very common, and you would have a hard time finding a racing chair that this one won’t fit. I personally use the OpenWheeler 3 and it was a perfect match. For a gear-driven force feedback, this wheel is good! It isn’t perfect – this isn’t a $1k direct drive – but it is immersive, gives you feedback as needed. I used it in trucking sims and Dirt 3 and higher on PC. The pedals feel solid and work in a predictable manner. The gear shifter has a lock-out reverse that requires pressing down the shifter like in some cars. Gates are intuitive and shifting is smooth. Now, to the reason I counted off one star. Sometimes, when you update the software (GHub), the wheel stops working in some games and you will have to completely uninstall GHub and all other Logitech software to make it work again. This shouldn’t happen, but it happened to me more than once on more than one PC. This may be fixed, but it seems to always loom as a hassle. And it is not straight forward what’s wrong: It’s, for example, only the Force Feedback not working on American Truck Simulator – but steering works, pedals work, just no feedback. If that wouldn’t have happened more than once, I’d give it a 5 – it didn’t help that Logitech Support asked me to send in the physical product as “defective” when it was their software – as I told them more than once because I tried both wheels on the same PC. Smh. I figured it out myself.I actually own two of them, different batch, but virtually identical.

I was not going to purchase this unit for some time. I am a flight Sim enthusiast for as long as we have had flight sims. What a difference in choices todayThis wheel, pedals, and shifter was bought in a package setup I believe by Logitech via Amazon.I would never have thought I would be lured away from the flight sims and trying my hand a racing and believe it or not, driving a semi truck through Europe. The pedals are pressure sensitive. The gas and brake pedals are really impressive. The clutch works exactly like a clutch, what else can say.The steering wheel with the buttons on the on spokes and the paddle shifters are just about the most amazing thing I have ever experienced.I have had a couple of chances to drive my Daughters’ really nice car with the paddle shifter on sport mode and this is just as much of a kick in the pants as in the real car.I am not sure why some people have problems with the steering adjustments or the pedal adjustments, but I had no Problems at all.And BTW, if you have any problems, my experience all the years with Logitech is they will take care of it right away when under warrantyThe steering wheel has several adjustments that can be made per game and it as far as I can tell remembers each games adjustment. So no going back to the board and finding everything again. So far this has become my favorite sim when time allows.Unfortunately my kids have grown up with kids of their own so no one here to share the game. The Grandkids would rather do the First Person Shooters, but maybe I can coax them into trying the driving, or at least practice before they start driving for real.Highly Recommended.Joe from Norcal
