    THIS IS AN UPDATE on the prouduct issue reported below. The seller’s manager contacted me and apologized for the delivery snafu, and offered to make things right. I appreciate his stepping up and taking ownership of the matter, and accepted his proposed resolution. So although the original interaction deservedly earned one star, the sellers resolution earns five stars.ORIGINAL PROBLEM REPORT: I purchased new HP printer ink cartridges at a premium price. I received used, refilled cartridges that were non-conforming as to the products that were advertised and as represented in the product images online. The non-conforming products would not work in my printer, and the non-conforming items were returned to Amazon.
