The under sheeting on my 5th Wheel had split open near the low point drain valves. I taped it up with the Gorilla Patch & Seal tape. A couple weeks ago I had a toilet overflow all the way down to the basement in the rig to right where the tape was. There was direct and heavy pressure on the tape and it fully held the seam, without a leak. Of course, in that situation I might have appreciated a small leak to drain the water, but that is a testament to how awesome this tape is.

This tape works great! I purchased it to cracks in the seat cover for my lawn tractor and in the tonneau cover on my truck. I ordered both black & clear, I’ve only used the black thus far and it is fantastic! Money well spent.

Have a hole in my grill cover and I need to fix it. Just cleaned the area both sides and cut to fit and applied now sealed!! May be pricey but worth it.

“Aunque la cinta se adhiere inicialmente con fuerza, he notado que pierde adherencia con el tiempo, especialmente en superficies irregulares. Además, al intentar despegarla, deja residuos pegajosos difíciles de eliminar. No es tan versátil como esperaba para diferentes tipos de materiales.”

This held up in higher temperatures than some other brands that I tried, even as a black tape that absorbs a lot of heat. I use it outside and under direct sunlight. It holds up nicely and the adhesive keeps on sticking unlike other brands that began to peel under heat.

I put an AC in my window but I hv casement windows. so it’s more complicated to put in. and the tape I was using didn’t stay stuck on wall . I tried alot of different GORILLA type TAPES too. Heat resistant was wat I was going for. but everything I used wud draw up off the wall, it just wouldn’t stick. SO I DECIDED to try this GORILLA TAPE and I HEARD it’s very sticky.sounded like wat I was looking 4. I been using it for a couple weeks NOW and it’s been VERY hot ( TO MY STANDARDS) in the 90s and so far it hasn’t come off. Amen to that. I can’t stand the heat. BEST TAPE!! SO FAR NO COMPLAINTS!! Great for the money.seals great.easy to clean.very durable. CAREFUL NOT TO LET IT STICK TO HANDS. PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!!

I bought this to try to repair a really expensive hose. I followed the instructions but as soon as I turned the hose on it blew a hole through the tape. It might work great for something that doesn’t have any pressure behind it. It’ll be here for backup on those things but it didn’t work for a hose.

Raccoon chewed 2 inch hole in a fold of pond liner. Lowered water level well below hole and let pond liner dry. Sanded around hole, cleaned with rubbing alcohol and let alcohol evaporate. Wasn’t able to get tape on both sides of pond liner so I folded pond liner at center of hole and put Gorilla tape over the hole. Used wood clamps with small scrap 2×4’s on each side of fold. Let sit for 24 hours, removed clamps, and refilled pond. Appears to be fixed.

Only four stars because the first roll we bought was in early 2023 and it went on our Class A RV awning with no trouble and is still working great at covering and sealing the small cracks that had started to appear. This second roll was purchased in Aug. of 2023 and I just tried to install it next to the old section. Started out fine for about two feet, then the glue wanted to stay stuck to the clear backing strip. Every few inches (sometimes less) I had to use a non-stick plastic tool to “encourage” the glue to separate from the backing strip. It took quite a while to get the whole strip (10 ft.) on but it is working just as well as the first roll.

My puppy tore a hole through the bottom of our dog pool. I applied a small piece of this tape to both sides of the pool and had no leaks overnight. It’s strong and flexible. As others have said, once it’s on, it’s on. So make sure you put it in the right spot. The sticky side of the tape has a clear protective layer you have to peel off before placing it. This helps a lot because you can modify the size and adjust the shape before actually applying it to your project.I’m bringing some of this on a fishing trip in case my waders leak. I don’t know if it will work, but it’s better than nothing in a pinch. It says it will not stick to waterproof items, so I’ll put it on the inside if I need it.

This stiff is great. For what it is. My daughter hit something and her inner fender liner (semi flexible black plastic) cracked and was missing some bits. I tried rebuilding it without black duct tape and some gaffer tape (just what I had) and I decided I wanted to try to fix this a bit more permanent. And I got some of this tape, and used it to fix the fender liner, it worked great. Should I have bought a new one? Or a non-broken one? Sure but it was very easy and really held up. Super useful tape.

It’s expensive but works great. I used it to repair 6 mil plastic in a garden. Outstanding adhesion and has held up well in high winds, rain.

I used it to tape seals over my basement vents. I live in the foothills of a mountain chain. This stuff came highly recommended to me by a couple of construction contractors. Yes, it’s a tad pricey, but I think it’s worth it. If everything is hunky-dory by the end of next summer, then I will be extremely happy. To be honest, I anticipate I’m going to be extremely happy about it.

We have the Styrofoam houses outside for the feral cats in our neighborhood. The houses are covered with black plastic, which a racoon decided to destroy. The tape worked perfectly to recover the plastic. It is wide and sticks like crazy. It did take me some time to figure out how to remove the backing on the tape as is comes off the roll. The tape is SO STICKY, you have to be careful not to let it fold over on itself or you or anything in the vicinity because it does stick on contact – and I mean stick!!! I also used the tape to put a large waterproof tarp over the houses. It worked perfectly, sticking to the brick wall, the house and the cement. I don’t think this tarp is coming up before the next century!!

Gorilla stuff is usually a bit pricey. But it always works as advertised. Not almost, it does. Over the years I’ve learned sometimes saving 20% doesn’t cover the grief that comes with it.

Sticks to surfaces great. Used on front of my Kayak to keep it from getting to scuffed up on the front keel. Also used to rap the bottom of an old cool that’s ends were wore.

We had bad hail the other day and it busted our pool. It looked like it was a small hole that just kept ripping. I think the rip was around 10 inches. Used the little flex tape I had but it did not like the water dripping on the outside. So I got this one and man is it stick and works well. We got the small leaked covered that the flex tape had and then was able to use it inside the pool to reinforce the outside tape. My husband had no problem using it in the water. Of course I probably went overboard covering it in the outside. It is still holding up and will update it if lasts the summer.

This works underwater and is just as effective as a vinyl patch. If you want something quick and inexpensive to fix a hole in your vinyl above ground pool liner this is your ticket.

I needed to patch an above ground pool solar cover with tape on top and bottom of cover. Both sides would be wet. Previous brand failed miserably. The product went on very easily and have remined in place. Great job. Very reasonable priced and delivered by Amazon in one day.

I am using this to waterproof a door threshold that has asphalt shingles lapped under it. The asphalt shingles cracked under foot traffic. So I am using this to lay over the asphalt and tuck under the metal door threshold to fix a water leak problem. (it’s a storage space in a two story car garage, and this area gets rain water when it blows against the door.). what I had to do, to make this work is remove the top layer of sand embedded in the asphalt shingles so this tape will lay flat with no voids and all the edges will hold down. This was much cheaper to fix a problem that trying to replace the asphalt shinges (the previous owner glued them down). I used a 6 inch metal scraper to remove the surface sand in the asphalt under the shingles were flat. Then I applied this gorilla patch tape. For extra grab, I used a heat gun while rolling a 6 metal pipe (like a bread roller), starting from center and working out toward the edges. This really helped the adhesives lock into the asphalt. I expect this repair to fix a water leak that was going to eventually cause lots of problems with the framing under the door threshold. Not bad for less than 20 bucks. good stuff

n simply great. I read a review that said it won’t stick. That’s just wrong, if you prepare the surface. I repaired a large curbside garbage can lids. Had a twenty plus in crack from hinge forward. I removed the duct tape repair and used goo gone to remove sticky remnants then cleaned with rubbing alcohol. Far exceeded my expectations. There is no way that tape will come off. This stuff is just Awesome!

sive ⭐. This tape definitely lives up to its name! Don’t hold on to it for too long or it’ll be stuck to your fingers 😂. It definitely gets the job done! I would definitely buy this again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As for my own personal touch I give this product 10 Stars. 😊

I bought this over a year ago to fix a cracked foot platform on a mobility scooter. It had a big crack and you know that means big bucks $$$ for a fix. So I got looking on Amazon for a sticky patch and this popped up. I read the reviews and product description and ordered one not knowing if it would be any good or not. Honestly I had my doubts. It arrived and I got the scooter out and thoroughly cleaned it of all dirt, grease, crude, and made sure it was good and dry top side and underside. I knew this brand of tape was super sticky so I was sure to cut the exact size I needed. When I peeled the cover off the back of the tape I couldn’t believe how sticky it was. Like fly paper times 10. I carefully put it on the foot pad. I had to put another beside it because it was a large multiple crack. Rubbed it all in and hopped for the best. It has worked incredibly. The floor of the scooter is stronger than before and it has been used plenty here on the farm. Later I used it on the handle of my insta pot lid that I dropped and broke a big chunk off of. The broke piece was not reusable so I got the patch tape out and neatly covered the broken part on the handle. Rubbed it in and it cured it. I have ran it through the dishwasher like that at least 30 times and it is exactly like when I put it on. I will never be without this stuff so long as it’s available. Just make sure you thoroughly clean the thing your going to put it on and rub it on good. Don’t plan on getting it off. Put it in the right spot the first time. You try to take it off and you’ll have a fight on your hands. Try it, you’ll be glad you did.
