These have tons of room in the toe box. There is a slight amount of heel lift but not to worried since they are meant for casual cycling and not racing.

Use these shoes for my Schwinn IC4 and could not be happier. Tried 3 other brands and this was definitely the most comfortable. Fit is true to sizing and the shoe overall is not too bulky with no cramping or tightness in the toe box. The boa laces are a dream to take the shoe on and off. Adjusting the tightness is extremely easy and I see these lasting a very very long time. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for. If you’re serious about spinning/cycling, this is a top notch shoe.
