I bought this tape to test it out since I’ve been time and time again dissapointed with how some tapes work even when they are supposed to be heavy duty.I have been wanting to tape an outlet extension to the wall to because it was getting on the way of my furniture to be flat on the wall. I cannot say yet that it’s working because I barely installed it, therefore, I will come back in a couple of days to give a proper update on how the tape is working. The outlet I am using is almost full, so it is a bit heavy. Hopefully the tape withstands the weight. The tape does seem to hold, it does seem to be quite strong. And I am currently using it in textured wall, so fingers crossed that it works.

I wanted to hang this sailfish without putting a hole in my tile. I bought hooks with adhesive that holds up to 44lbs. Problem is the tile is wavy and I did not trust the more ridged back to adhere properly. I put this tape up first to fill in the dips a bit and give the hook more to grab on. Worked perfectly and very strong. Warning do not lay the roll down on anything important because the whole roll will stick! I already have many other things I want to use this for. Great purchase.

These worked great for hanging different things up on the wall. Easy to use, sticky on both sides, comes in a roll similar to tape.

This stuff is magic! It has held up posters that typically fall down with humidity, and for mote than a school year. It’s expensive but it’s worth the price. I even used it to hang fabric on the wall – game changer! Remove carefully but it won’t damage laminated materials.

No other tape has stuck to my walls quite like this one – most of my posters fall off of my wall in the heat & humidity when I use regular or painter’s tape. This tape on the other hand has held up despite the heat & keeps my classroom posters in place. A roll lasts for a pretty long time too – I was so amazed at how well the tape held things up that I “decorated” the classroom with posters more than I usually would.

The EZlifego double-sided tape is a reliable choice for a variety of applications, from mounting decorations to securing items. The heavy-duty adhesive ensures strong bonding, and the extra-large roll provides plenty of tape for multiple uses. It’s easy to cut and apply, though it may be a bit tricky to remove cleanly from some surfaces. Overall, a versatile and effective tape for home and office use.

It does stick but it is not permanent. Which is ok for some applications, but I was trying to add a cord cady to my mixer and the tape stayed on the mixer but kept coming off of the cady. Which is the same results I was getting with other products I tried, 3M, etc. So, I am not sure what the issue is.

I bought this tape to be able to hang a mirror in my classroom against a filing cabinet. When I first unrolled the tape, I was a little bit leery because it felt a little slippery of sort, but it definitely was thick. Once I put the tape on the mirror and it attached it to the filing cabinet, it has stuck very well. So I hundred percent recommend This tape for hanging items that are heavy.

This is the best double sided tape I’ve ever used. It is easy to work with. I cut it with scissors & all scissors did not get gross & sticky. Adhesion is great. I removed several things I hung with it and tape removed easily off the item without leaving residue behind. Only with removal of 1 thing was paint removal evident. Best tape ever.

Two years ago I purchased a 10 inch tablet, as weii as a tablet holder for the type I have. I purchased over time 2 of the holders, and they worked very well except for one issue. The tablet would not stand up well, and by the weight of the tablet would slide down. I tried several products to prevent this problem with no success. Until I came across this product where I found a way to end my frustration. After 24 to 48 hours my tablet does not move. I have dropped the tablet in its holder several times, and still no movement. Amazing! Now I cannot nor do I want to close the tablet holder so it is permanent as far as I am concern. One could with a tool remove, but I do not want to. A great product I will be using when I need something to stay put.

Yes it did and it didn’t come off! This is the best double sided tape I’ve used. I recommend this brand to anyone needing a product like this. Easy to use and easy to cut. You get allot of tape for a low price to, can not complain. I peeled this off of such old wallpaper and nothing, wallpaper intact. I peeled off the funko pops I was hanging cause I was worried it would ruin the box, nothing! Gets the job done! Just rinse and reuse!

VERY sticky on both sides…a little tricky peeling off the backer tape once the tape has been put in place…

  13. Tais

wow this is an amazing tape I keep repurchasing it for many occasions or stuff for my house. It’s great because it’s super sticky and really DOES make stuff stick. I mainly use this for whenever I’m decorating birthdays and I just use this on our backyard wall. Even in the scorching heat this tape doesn’t allow anything to fall off! The only thing is it does take off paint so don’t really use it on walls that are painted if you don’t want the wall paint being chipped or ripped off. But for anything else definitely keep buying this amazing tape!

Needed something to affix some small solar lights to a retaining wall. The double stick tab on hat was supplied with lights didn’t stick. Decided to give this a try. Instructions implied maybe not a good application, but they still are sticking!

My life is now complete! This double-sided sticky tape is 1,000 times more adhesive than anything you’ve ever used! And, if you want tou can remove it too, but not easily….it’s made to stay. I use a small cut of it to keep hanging art straight, a small piece will keep my phone in place in my car dash, I hung puck lights in my closets and under my cabinets, my fridge light went out so I attached magnets to the inside walls with this and magnets on the back of the puck lights and programmed them to sense movement so now I’m lit up again, easy peasy.

  16. Crit Factor

It holds extremely well, great for keeping even heavier older rugs from slipping on laminate or wood floors despite the aged contact layer that just glides depending on the pressure and direction you move when stepping on it without any tape. It handles Lighter rugs just as well. I recommend pressing it firmly down on the rugs non-slip surface with a full palm cause the warmth and pressure will help it bond much better once you decide where to drop the rug. I haven’t tried cleaning old strips yet or anything but I also haven’t needed to do that so it makes perfect sense. I’ve used it on many things and many different surfaces. I didn’t like how it bonded plastic to metals cause when the tape gets cold it loses a lot of it’s elasticity and gripping power. Metals tend to be cold more often than not as I’m sure everyone who’s ever touched them knows… I feel confident it will work on every other smooth surface you could think of using it on. I fused boards together, I used it to tack down different fabrics to tables and desks so they don’t slide just like with several rugs, I used it to stack dice so they won’t move from vibrations and even as a temporary way to hold different kinds of lightweight tools like hammers, screwdrivers and the like.

its been a couple years but i haven’t used up the entire thing, it sticks to almost any surface great, it did peel the paint off my wall a bit when i took it off one time, but otherwise no complaints. You can barely see it, I’d buy again as long as i’m not using it to hang stuff up.

  18. iheartyou

It is very sticky, which is great to hold student work on the walls, but can stick to scissors as you cut them. It removes fairly easily. I used it to hold things on the wall for 3 months and it was easy to remove the tape without leaving a residue behind.

  19. Joy7

No, it doesn’t stick perfectly on every surface but brother beware if you stick it on a surface it will stick. I put up a picture frame in my kitchen on the tile. I went to just pull it after I’ve been on 24 hours. It is very durable. You can take the tape once it comes off if it doesn’t fall apart. Honestly, I haven’t seen that you can wash it off and reuse it. I would always keep this in my drawer with other heavy duty tape.

I love this tape, it sticks very well, sometimes too well!*BUT* caution: The moment you open the package, remove the paper on the side of the roll, wrap it in parchment paper, then you can store it in its plastic bag. I didn’t remove the paper right away, and some of it wouldn’t come off; so every time I get tape, it sticks to the paper, and sometimes gets distorted.

Allow me to regale you with my eloquent appraisal of this marvel of modern adhesive technology—double-sided tape. Yes, you heard me correctly, double-sided tape! How I wish I could express my unbridled enthusiasm through the medium of dance, but alas, words shall have to suffice. From the moment I unwrapped this versatile gem, I was transported to a world where precision and elegance unite in a blissful adhesive embrace. This tape, my dear friends, is no mere trinket. It is the epitome of functionality and sophistication, a true game-changer in the realm of stickiness.Allow me to illustrate. Picture this: an impromptu photoshoot in your tastefully decorated class room, with your treasure posters and teaching items precariously hanging by a thread. Fear not, for double-sided tape swoops in like a silent hero, securing those important references with nary a hint of ostentation. Or imagine, if you will, the sheer horror of a sign or posting of rules in disarray. One deft application of this tape, and you are once again the epitome of sartorial splendor. What sets this particular double-sided tape apart from its pedestrian counterparts, you ask? It is the meticulous craftsmanship, the steadfast grip, and the whisper-thin profile that leaves no trace of its presence, save for the immaculate hold it provides. Truly, it is the Meryl Streep of adhesives—versatile, dependable, and always delivering a flawless performance. In conclusion, my fellow aficionados of the finer things, double-sided tape is a triumph, a veritable beacon of ingenuity in a sea of mediocrity. Embrace it, cherish it, and allow it to elevate your everyday endeavors to the heights of grandeur.

I started using EZLifego tape in my classroom when the 3M mounting strips kept losing adhesion after about three months. I’ve got items hanging from this tape that have stayed up for two years now and still going strong. Used it to adhere decoration tiles to a theater set. No problems with losing adhesion under the hot lights, and when the show was over, we peeled off the tape, stuck it between wax paper, and can use it again! Most recently, I used this to adhere backing tiles to a closet in our home for a recording studio (so that the tiles could be removed when we move without damaging the walls). Works like a charm!Only thing I’ll say is be careful! Make sure you don’t peel the backing (and fronting) off until you’re ready. It’s tricky to handle when it gets stuck to your fingers!

I got this to hang up some shatter proof mirrors in a playroom as I wanted to make sure they took on the chaos of toddlers. The tape worked wonderfully and handled chaos. However, a few things. Less is more for putting projects up. I lined the top of the mirrors instead of doing just the corners. So removal was super bad and required me to putty and repaint my wall 🥲 No big deal as I had putty on hand and just tore some of the wall paint chip off to be matched at Sherwin Williams for a quick paint job. Permanent and removeable are both listed on the box. Incase anyone wondered what exactly that meant, here is an example. I tried a hair dryer and dental floss, it just didn’t work. Hair dryer I think honestly heated up the paint first before the adhesive for the removal.

I have purchased two rolls of this over the course of a few years. I originally loved it because I was able to mount my Google doorbell camera easily, as I rent and cannot drill holes. They stayed in place, even through the weather and did not move until I took them down to move. Now on my second roll, I don’t know if I got a less effective batch or they changed the formula or what or maybe its that I am in a slightly different climate with a slightly different porch setup, but this doesn’t work as well. It is still worth it to have this on hand for small renter projects or to use in a bind, but it’s not as sturdy as before. Overall a great product still. I like to have this on hand for party decorations as well. To remove it, if you pull downwards as opposed to just straight away from the wall or surface applied to, you’re less likely to see damage done to paint.

This tape is amazing! It sticks to everything and works great. The only downside was that the tape has a strong Oder.

  26. Fan Jiang

The tape is pretty much like I thought it would be: transparent, sticky, works well. The only thing I thought could be improved is the stickiness of the sides, which makes removing the tape from the plastic wrap a little messy and got the wrap destroyed.

Listen to the reviews that say that it can hold everything from a painting to a cabinet door together. Also listen to the reviews that say that it can easily hold an elephant to a toothpick with a quarter inch of width, and the ones that say that it can put your life together with it just in sight. I’ve had the same roll of tape for the past 3 years and let me tell you, I’m nowhere near even thinking about finishing it, let alone ACTUALLY finishing it. Does it get stuck to literally everything in the drawer because of the thick sides? Absolutely. Does it also absolutely come in clutch if someone’s wounded and I don’t have a tourniquet? 100%. All I’m saying is, put this in a ziploc of its own and if you need help with putting up paintings, poor man’s fix-a-shirt, or holding your life together, this the one for you. I don’t even remember how much I paid for it, but do I know that price per use is worth it? You betcha. This stuff will hold YOU to the thing you’re attempting to put up if you’re not careful. Think of OG gorilla glue but in tape. Now me being me, I didn’t read the instructions on how to remove it. I forgot where I had put it which was my own fault. I attempted to pry this thing off the walls and instead it took my wall off. Don’t do that. I’m not kidding – I used less than 2 inches of tape and hung something for about a year, and when I was taking it off, I found myself holding a piece of my wall with the tape. And I had some sore fingers. I highly recommend FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to take this off. Don’t be like me. Save your wall. It’ll thank you later.Anyhow. 10/10 would buy again but I’m clearly in for the long haul with this first roll.TLDR: use a half inch for most things, maybe an inch to hold your life together. Quarter inch maximum for an elephant to a toothpick. Save your wall and follow instructions. 10/10 – would buy again if I needed to but haven’t needed to for 3 years and counting.

Super strong stick but not adhesive. We used it to hang a framed pool certificate outdoor in hot, humid Houston weather. Worked like a charm. I read the tip to wiggle it to loosen before trying to remove, and that proved to be true. Didn’t remove paint or anything from the door when we tried to reposition it.

I faced an issue where I developed a gap along a doorway in our LVP(Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. Three plank sections had shifted one direction and knowing that the flooring essentially “floats” on the sub floor I decided I would try using this tape and a short piece of 2×4 lumber to grip & slide the planks back into position. This tape worked fabulously I simply cleaned the planks & made sure they were dry then took my short 2×4 piece and cut a length of tape just shorter than the 2×4 and stuck the tape to the plank then peeled off the exposed tape side and placed the 2×4 on top of it & then stood on the 2×4 for about 30 seconds to adhere it to the tape. I then took a hammer & gently tapped the end of the 2×4 in the direction I wanted to move the plank and in seconds I had repositioned the plank. I then used a flat bladed screw driver to gently lift/pry under the 2×4 to get it to peel off the tape or in some cases the tape peeled off the plank. Just be careful if you try this not to pry or dig the screwdriver into your flooring causing damage. They say you can re-use this tape if you wash it but I just cut myself additional sections to use on the other planks & repeated my previous steps. The tape adheres VERY well and yet can be peeled right off without leaving any sticky residue & its pretty stretchy as well. Highly recommend!

I purchased this tape because of the rave reviews, but in reality it doesn’t hold up as expected. It’s better that Gorilla double-sided tape, but not quite as good as 3M Extreme. It is the best one at peeling off easily and leaving no residue, and the price is right, but for tough jobs perhaps look at something else.

First of all 5 out 5 ⭐️’s! It definitely did its job of holding! Second of all, use with caution! You do not need no more than an inch to use around all corners of what ever you’re hanging up, an inch of this tape might even be too much! I tested this double sided tape on the back of my phone for starters on different walls around the house. Now, i had no worries with peeling it off AT ALL. I stuck my phone to 4 different walls and after sticking and un-sticking the tape was still very sticky and just great! However, i got into my room and stuck it to the wall, applied a bit more pressure to my phone with the tape on it and it was STUCK!!!!!!! Like it was going NO WHERE!!!!! I ripped it off and a part of my wall came off too, i laughed way toooo much about this because we move in less than a week and my husband now has to fix this part of the wall before we move… the laughs manly came from HOW HAPPY I WAS that once i apply this tape to my husband and I, he AINT GOING NO WHERE HONEY. Stuck for ETERNITY. Get this tape for your picture frames, shelves, ANYTHING but if your relationship is falling apart get this tape and stick it to your partner or even your best friend! This tape is wonderful, very durable! Just not renter friendly unless you plan to repair your walls once your lease is up. ANYWAYS, have fun with this tape people! It is great.

The sides can be sticky but keeping the bag it came in to store made that no problem. I used this to hang some 8&1/2×11 photo frames and some flat vinyl boards onto a wall in my office at work. I used about 5 other kinds of tape before finding this one. Not sure about damage when being removed as we have it removed it yet but it could imagine without strong it is it may just need to touch up with paint and texture possibly.

The quality was not what I expected and the adhesive is questionable.

Pros: This tape will stick to anything. It’s relatively easy to use. It’s not hard to find the start and peel it back. Used it all over my daughter’s dorm room and it held all year, no issues.Con: When it came time to move her out, it was nearly impossible to remove items from her wall. It peeled some of the paint and left pucker marks on the wall in other spots. If you want tape that will really last long term for holding stuff, this is your tape. If you’ll need to remove items in the relative future, this may not be the tape for you.

Installed 2 multi-panel stretched canvas art works and it performed great. I had used a foam mounting tape and the panels kept falling off the wall. All of the panels are holding firmly now and I definitely recommend this tape!👍
