    Purchased this pack-of-3 cabin air filters for my 2015 Lexus RX350 and my 2015 Toyota RAV4. They fit perfectly. Ease of installation depends on the vehicle, not the filter. Nevertheless, took me less than 5 min for each vehicle. At this early stage, have no idea whether these filters are good, but for the cost, it’s worth it. I plan to replace them every year. Looking back at past services and saw that the shop charged $20 for the filter and $25 for the labor. That’s a saving of $37 per filter/car. I highly recommend this filter at least for the 2 cited cars.

    Cabin filters are too easily neglected. Dealers will automatically charge a quarter of an hour labor to install a filter that in our Subaru vehicles took me four minutes each. Cabin filters need changing regularly, and these are excellent choices at a good price. More than satisfied.

    I noticed my AC smelled musty and realized it had been a while since we replaced the cabin filter. Found I had ordered this one two years ago! Not too shabby really. As tempting as it would be to get something thicker, turning the AC into an air purifier can make it work harder. The price is good and it does the job. I’ll try to come back and post an old/new comparison photo, especially since I waited twice as long as I should have. I priced a simple replacement locally and it would have cost at least twice as much. Clearly I thought it was worth buying again.

    This is a better way to go than buying at the local market and much cheaper than having the oil change guy do it. It took only about a minute to drop the glove box, pop off the filter cover, slide out the old, slide in the new, pop the cover back on, and lift-and-connect the glove box side cable. Very easy and quick to do.

    My Toyota dealership recommended my cabin filter be changed. I said thanks – but no thanks – because of their high price AND a cabin filter isn’t the most difficult or time-consuming thing to replace. I’d done it before – but it occurred to me that it HAD been awhile. I researched quality replacement cabin (and air) filters and EPAuto is highly regarded for quality AND value.Odd side-note: the picture on the box and the filter itself has a bizarre grayish-blackish color to it. Seemed weird for a filter. But I examined it carefully, and that’s all there was to it – the color.I highly recommend replacing the cabin filter on a regular schedule, as well as your engine’s air filter. Frankly, up to a few years ago, I’d never heard of a cabin filter. But while trying to rule out various A/C issue causes, it was brought to my attention. I was so glad I replaced it at that time. I couldn’t believe how disgustingly filthy it was. It has direct exposure to the outside. Pine needles, dirt, etc. I’d read some people discovered rodent nests built in them. Not to be ignored.

    These cabin filters are easy to install — don’t let the dealer rip you off! In my Highlander, it simply required a quick removal of the glovebox, which is described in the owner’s manual. This filter is a charcoal filter, which seems much nicer than the paper filter that was installed. Save money and DIY!!!
