I started putting this on my hair before I went swimming, under my swim cap. It not only prevented damage but I would get in shower and just rinse it out and my hair was so silky and detangled easily!! My hair is long and easily turns into a rats nest and does not comb out at all. This has become my go to conditioner, mask, anytime my hair gets nasty. Love this stuff. Tried a bunch of their other conditioners which are good but this one works the best for me.
