‎Chemical Guys ACC_300_2 Wonder Wave Durafoam Contoured Large Tire Dressing Applicator Pad, Pack of 2

I decided to go with these sponges to apply my tire shine. They work absolutely great. They are small enough and squared off perfectly to get in around where the wheel meets the tire without getting extra on the wheel itself. They go in between all the grooves and lettering in the tires So the tire shine gets applied evenly. I have used it multiple times and have not seen anywhere on the phone yet. When I’m done I store them in a Ziploc bag. So far they’re working great and I have no complaints.

These tire dressing applicators work very well and are pretty strong. I have had these for a year. They hold a lot of product and have my tires looking great while using tire gel on them. I’ve already repurchased a back up since they work so well and are priced just right!

I have used these several times now for applying Chemical Guys Tire Kicker shine on my Pirelli P-Zero tires and they work great with zero signs of wear so far. I thought the square shape might be a little awkward to hold but I have no problems using them. The square edges are great for getting the small area between the rim and the inside raised edge of the tire. The wave pattern is great for helping get into the raised edges and lettering on the tire. The applicator also does not absorb a ton of the product being applied. A small amount of product on the applicator goes a long way. Always wear some type of gloves when handling chemicals!

I’ve bought other products like this that literally don’t last after a couple of uses. I have used this one at least twenty times and it’s still holding up great. I got the package of two and still on my first one. Great product! Will buy again if these ever fall apart.

Bought these to apply Chemical Guys Vinyl, Rubber, and Plastic Protectant. They work great and are easy to clean.

If you are thinking of buying these applicators, buy them here. You get two applicators for the same price that the retail auto stores sell one for. These are the best applicators I’ve ever used.

These are smooth and shines the tire wet very good and evenly over my tire. Definitely recommend.

Makes tire dressing application easy and not sloppy. Well designed to follow the shape of the tire and after several uses shows no sign of tearing. Holds product well. Your job is to supply the tire dressing and apply liberally to the sponge area and decide how many coats for desired shine gloss. I recommend this product due to performance and quality.

This worked fantastic on my spa cover! No smears and the shine c actually lasted even in the sun!

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a sponge, but it is more than a sponge.As a guy who’s always used old socks or pieces of old t-shirts as applicators, I was surprised at how much better this applicator sponge thingy worked. While an old rag would tend to roll up when going over the raised lettering etc. on tires, this glides right over it while filling in the grooves.I also feel like I’m using less product than my old rags, it seems the sponge transfers the product better while the rag seemed to retain it. I love the Silk Shine Protectant!The only downside may be its thickness for interior work – areas between the dashboard and door or console it was difficult to fit, but it did squeeze into those areas. Overall, I’m very happy with it, guess I’ll throw away my bag of old socks, lol.

Use the grooved side for application, the flat side for excess and it’s perfect!

Finally got to use these over the weekend. Bought these to specifically apply tire shine. Worked great and cleaned up well. Time will tell if they’re durable. Did a really nice job spreading product around tire and not absorbing it all.

I purchased these pads to apply some black trim restorer onto the trim on my Toyota. They work great and I am happy.

You can never go wrong with any Chemical Guys products! Great quality with overall great prices. I used to just spray the tire shine directly onto the tire and spread using a microfiber towel, however, this Applicator pad made it so much easier to get into the grooves of the tire as well as speed the process up. Now I just apply the tire shine directly onto the applicator pad and with a few quick brushes along the tire, it covers everything. I highly recommend these.

I purchased this sponge to help with applying a cream restoring product to the trip on both of our campers. The sponge worked great. It created an easy application of Chemical Guys VRP

These sponges are amazing.. super absorption

The applicator works well and is easy to spread tire product around evenly. I just use a few small daps and it will do the whole face of the tire.
