Is it possible to cram the probe and its cables into this case? Yes. Is the arrangement actually useful? NO. It’s just too tight to be a plausible solution for power probe 3.

While the case is decent for the price, it will not fit the 3EZ even if you remove the probe. The case is not wide enough to get the attached cord inside without having to put undue stress on the cord attachment point. I’ll use the case for another tester I have – but save your money and buy the right case or a larger one than this!

At first, I was doubtful of whether or not the Power Probe 3, with its long cord, would fit into the case … But if you remove the probe tip and coil up the cable just right it fits perfectly into the case and also it has room for tip and adapters in the upper compartment …
