When I received this lamp – which came in a very sturdy box, protecting it from damage, which was nice – my first thought was “Wow, what a tiny box! I didn’t realize the lamp was so small.” This turned out not to be the case. The lamp is compact, true, but it is really a very good size for reading lamp. It’s sturdy and goes together easily (the base must be connected to the lamp, very easily done, no tools required).I hope this lamp will last a while, as I really like it! It has several color settings; warm, cool and daylight. The on/off button can be rotated to adjust the brightness level. There is a spot to connect a cable to charge your phone on the back of the base. Altogether, a well designed and nice looking lamp. Glad I purchased it.

This lamp is sturdy and attractive and fits well on my desk. I like the 3 brightness settings and the dimmable feature. Very easy to use and the neck is a good height for me. Easy to turn on and off. The USB charging port is on the back so you would have to turn the lamp around to access it, but it is convenient to be able to charge my phone on my desktop. This is a very lightweight lamp but the base is large enough so it is steady and hard to tip over.

Bought this for my daughter who got a new desk in her room. She loves the dimming feature and flexible neck. The only complaint is that when you use the charging port, the light dims. The entire lamp is powered by USB wall plug, and it’s only 2A. Many devices these days can pull 2A (10W) from a USB port so it’s not surprising that this thing struggles to do both at the same time with that limitation. I tried it with a higher power adapter and it didn’t make much difference (15W vs 10W adapter) – maybe its being limited somehow. I think for lower-power devices, using the USB port and light at the same time is fine, but if you’re trying to charge something fast, you might want to consider leaving the lamp off. Other than that one small complaint – this lamp is great!

This is exactly what I wanted for a small table by my chair in the living room. I needed a small lamp that I could maneuver when I wanted to read. It is perfect! It is not too big for my table and the moveable arm points right at my book when I want to read. The lighting options are great! It provides nice ambient lighting when not reading and the other two options are excellent and bright enough to read by!Great value!

I have needed a desk lamp for the longest time. The last one I had was super old school with a clamp and adjustable neck. I really liked that yet wanted something more sophisticated for my home office desk. Often at the home office, the overhead light is not enough or too little so I needed something closer to my desk workspace. This desk lamp is the perfect size and offers more options than I need for now but happy to have them in case my needs or preferences change. Also, I plugged my FitBit charger into the USB port which opened up one of the ones on my laptop for other uses “on the fly”. I recommend this lamp. Can’t say enough good things about it. Jamie

I really like it so far, it was just purchased and assembled today. So far so good, seems nice and bright. Only the is cord is a bit on the short side. The base might be a bit light, but hasn’t toppled yet, remains to be seen. Time will tell how well it will work. It’s for a guest room. But I might buy another for my own bedroom, as I like the brightness. . And it came without a user’s manual in the box, but was very easy to assemble and use is intuitive. 3 buttons and a dial, not very complicated. I recommend this product.

Love that this lamp is flexible so you can adjust it and that it has 3 light settings for different lighting needs. The only thing I’d change is make the base a little bit heavier so it doesn’t tip if I extend the light part certain ways. Other than that it’s perfect!

I bought this to replace a commercial lamp I purchased from my company years ago that finally died. I did not expect to get one near that quality at this price point, but was pleasantly surprised when I took this lamp out of the box. It’s a well made lamp with a nice finish. The controls are very simple and intuitive to use too.I had toyed with the idea of getting a clamp on light to prevent it from tipping and making it easier to bend into position, but most of those have the switches on the lamp head or cord which I did not want. That said the base is a lot lighter than my last light, but it is substantial enough that you can maneuver the light into position without the base moving too much. It also has a nice anti-slip protective padding underneath which help protect the surface of the table it’s on and keep the base from moving around too.I would have preferred the neck to be a tad longer although it is long enough to direct light over my chair where I sit to read. I also like the three light settings. I use the warmest setting for when I just want a little mood lighting and one of the brighter settings when I am reading or working on something in my chair. The push button switch/dial knob makes it very easy to turn on and off and adjust the brightness – even with my big hands. I did not really care about the USB port but it’s a nice feature to have. There is also an ambient light sensing feature I did not need or use yet, but it might be good for some people.All and all I am very happy with this light. It’s not the quality of the $200 light I had previously, but it is easily worth the money I paid so I am very happy with the purchase and can recommend this lamp without hesitation.

I bought this to put on a tiny side table next to my study chair. I REALLY like that it has a variable brightness knob and variable color. Sometimes an intense light first thing in the morning is too much. I can dim it right down. You can also choose 3 different light settings from bright white, fluorescent, or incandescent light. the neck is bendable so you can position it as you like.

This lamp is well made! I was able to use it to sit on a windowsill and read in bed with it. And place it on my desk! It doesn’t get too hot, the light is very good (forgot it was no incandescent!) and I’ve been using it non-stop for over a week without any issue. I can’t believe it was not more expensive.

Very good purchase. Note: these Chinese manufacturers have learned lessons in engineering and packaging and the lamps were well-protected by their packing.
