I also noticed that the speaker shuts down after several minutes of not being used, so if you forget to turn it off, it’s no big deal.I can easily recommend this BolaButty speaker if you need to boost the volume of your music for whatever situation you may need.

For the price and the sheer volume of high reviews I figured I had nothing to lose with this purchase. I needed a portable speaker for the garage and when doing yard work. I have seen many Bluetooth speakers that were good, but I am very impressed to get this quality sound out of such an affordable speaker. It was extremely easy to charge, easy to set up the Bluetooth connection , and so easy to use. I love the portability but I honestly leave it in my kitchen and can hear it well throughout my modest sized house. The unit seems quite sturdy and I expect it to last a long time!

When these went on special I bought two as I just needed a bluetooth portable speaker for the shop and for camping. I was surprised with the solid construction and how easy to use it was. Some bluetooth pairing can be aggravating but it couldn’t have been easier to set up and use. I found it useful for playing music from my iPhone in my office, bedroom and kitchen without having to set up my big sound system. At $20 it’s a bargain.

The speaker is great on almost all fronts. It’s loud, it connects easily, it is light/small, doesn’t cause distortion and its battery lasts a long time. However it had one big flaw to me. It dings when it is dying instead of turning off. It’s a personal pet peeve so I know it’s not that big of deal, but I CANNOT STAND when devices meant to share sound interrupt the sound to ding every few minutes to seconds to let you know it’s dying. I really honestly wouldn’t have bought it if I knew. Again, to most people this is nothing but to me it’s awful and I want to chuck it into a wall every time it dings and interrupts a song or podcast. Otherwise it’s great

Works great, easy to connect. Used at the beach, took the sand and occasional splash with ease. Was plenty loud enough at the beach. Bass is not over the top loud, but does the job.

This speaker is awesome. The charge lasts a long time and requires usb-c to recharge. The sound is very impressive and rich for its size. Connectivity is automatic with my iPhone and Spotify.One impressive feature is how quickly the device responds over Bluetooth. The delay is very minimal compared to other speakers I use. On other devices, I can pause the music and it literally takes 3 seconds before it stops. On this device, it’s probably 200ms, so the delay is very minimal and not noticeable.I like to use this device outside and indoors. I use it in my bathroom during the morning routine. I use it outside if doing yardwork. It’s quite handy and I’d like to buy more at some point.

I got such a great deal on this little speaker, I was wondering what the heck is wrong with it. I bought it as a gift to my mother-in-law. She had a little speaker for three years that finally gave out and begged me to find her some thing again. I didn’t really want to Spend the money that I had on her old one, this one was on sale, had great reviews so I gave it a chance. Wish I could share a picture, but I don’t have it, however, she constantly tells me how much she uses it and how much she loves it. It is a great size , easy for her to carry around, and we hear it all the time so the sound quality is great for the price. I would buy 12 more of these if I had a reason to, but the one we have is doing great after three months, so thank you to the seller for offering this at such a great price!

I purchased this speaker for $19.99 and it is well worth the $20 bucks. I use it for my desktop computer speaker connected via 3.5mm audio jack for ease of use. What stands out to me is that “verbal audio” is very clear. I like this speaker so much that I purchased a second one.I also own a Oontz Ultra which is really good quality sound, but when someone is talking, like watching news or podcasts this Bolabutty speaker out-performs the Oontz speaker when clear voice is required. The Oontz has better bass which seems to muffle voice audio compared to the Bolabutty speaker.The Bolabutty speaker claims 10 watts, and the Oontz claims 14 watts but the Bolabutty speaker is much louder in all aspects except for the bass.Listening to music sounds very good too, just lacking a little in the bass. Personally, I usually turn down the bass and increase mid, and treble so this speaker is perfect for me.In grading the build quality and ease of use between 1 & 10, I give it a 10.In conclusion, if you use the speaker for music only you may want to look into another speaker especially if you prefer strong bass.But all-in-all, the Bolabutty speaker is a very good speaker, and you can’t beat the bang for your buck. You can purchase 2 Bolabutty speakers for the cost of one Oontz Ultra and get allot more sound in stereo.My wife uses it at work. It’s loud enough to use in a conference room that seats 40 people, and very clear audio.The Bolabutty speaker is 8″ long and 2 1/2″ triangle width.The Oontz is 6″ long and 2 1/2″ triangle width.Haven’t had it long enough to comment on battery life, but I have been using it for 2 weeks without charging it again.

I was nervous at first of course, any electronic purchase can be. But I absolutely love the speaker. I use it mainly when showering and have it close by (not in the water with me) and it helps me actually hear my music now. I love the little glowing lights, I keep it on rainbow and it’s cute. It’s not a loud booming speaker but it has good quality and sounds pretty good for a 20 dollar speaker! Lights are a nice little add on. Wish the range was a bit better but hey for 20 dollars you can’t beat it!

I am very impressed with the sound of the unit, as well as the solid and attractive physical design, at a remarkably good price. I use it to listen to TV while others are sleeping. It pairs instantly with my smart tv and my phone. It contains 2 speakers, and you can actually hear pretty good stereo if you hold it right under your chin. I will probably get a second one for even better stereo.Only minor complaint is the very loud series of musical tones when it is turned on or off. Everyone in the house will hear it. (tip: to muffle this sound, press it into your stomach while turning it on).

I had a little cheap bluetooth speaker that I didn’t like because the volume was so low I couldn’t hardly hear it over the pool waterfall. Well I dropped it in the pool oops! I looked on Amazon for a new one and did some research on which bluetooth speakers were good. I ended up trying this one and it is awesome. It gets loud and sounds great. As soon as I turn it on it connects to my phone. I love it!

I promise you, this speaker will impress you. Very loud volumes. It doesn’t have a real deep bass like a JBL, but the Mid bass tones make up for it 100%. It’s crisp and clear, way louder than I thought it was gonna be. Lasts a long time but I hook it up every night anyways to charge. This is my bike riding speaker. Very solid feeling unit. Velcro strap setup and it doesn’t move. I jump and bounce and never messes with the audio. Lights are great for night riding. And lastly, put this thing in any corner of the house and you’ll be blown away by the sound. $20??? What!! Crazy. Enjoy.
