I bought this just for a quick workout. Max it’s 18 mins and it’s a fun partner one. My mom likes it too since I do it with her. Requires a little bit of space tho because of some movements.

I bought this for my husband and I to do in the new year. We’ve done Beach Body workouts before and love Tony Horton. This one was just as good. The workouts are tough enough to keep us challenged, but they’re also fun and a great way to connect. They’re short, so we often do our own separate workouts after as a supplement. I would still highly recommend this, and I think it would be great for parents to do with kids as well.

We have loved beach body products and are excited to use this with our family. However, we opened the box for Christmas and there is just the DVD and ball. There is no calender, start here guide or cookbook as it shows in the picture. 🙁 Those items should not be shown if they are not included.
