I charge all items from a Dashcam to a new flashlight with this mobile power bank: it works as described. It charges quickly and is nice to look at. The indicator lights are easy to read and this has a USB-A port and a USB-C port. I have ordered 2 more. Great price! Great company. Thank you!

This comes in handy. Love having a back up. It holds its charge for quite awhile and charges my cell pretty quickly. A bit heavy, but it’s worth it to have in a pinch. It fits in my beltbag with my phone just fine. Good price. The blue lights tell you when it’s completely full and it’s held up quite well.

It’s a nice battery bank that does what is advertised. Doesn’t ever feel hot and is capable of charging my phone a few times before needing to recharge. The size isn’t to large can easily slip into a backpack.

I recently purchased the Anker Portable Charger, specifically the USB-C PortableCharger 10000mAh with 20W Power Delivery (PowerCore Slim 10K PD), and it has exceeded my expectations for portable charging. This power bank is compact yet powerful, featuring 10000mAh capacity and 20W Power Delivery through its USB-C port. It’s perfect for quickly charging devices like iPhone 14/13/12 Series, Samsung S10, Pixel 4, and more, providing fast and efficient power wherever you go.The sleek design and lightweight build make it easy to carry in a pocket or bag, ideal for travel, commuting, or emergencies. It supports rapid recharging and ensures reliable performance with Anker’s renowned safety features.Overall, the Anker PowerCore Slim 10K PD is a must-have for anyone needing reliable and fast charging on-the-go. My car’s lighter went out and the USB doesn’t hold a charge. Needed something next day before a 7 hour road trip. Based on reviews and price, bought. Luckily, it had some charge so it was fully charged by time the road trip kicked off. I say this because it does take awhile for it to be fully charged.Fast charging for most of our devices and love both the ports as we can charge headphones and tablets at the same time. At first I had to get used to the weight but once tossed in a backpack for all day tourist-ing, you can barely feel it. I’ve had it for over a month now and we use it almost daily now. With hurricane season approaching, this makes a great travel companion and emergency charger when power goes out. Definitely recommend!

These chargers are awesome! My wife needed this for a business trip and since then I have used this charger extensively for my own phone, my blue tooth speakers and, on occasion, my Kindle. It charges way faster than any wall connector and I love the portability. If you’re looking for a basic charger, this is a really great one. It is only corded charging and not cordless so FYI.

Charged completely when received so it would be fully charged when needed. Held the charge for a long time. Was able to use it once..ONCE! Now it will no longer charge to use again despite all troubleshooting. Maker support site no longer has this product even listed. Now the return window is over and I am stuck with an expensive “disposable” charger. I did research to buy something that was supposedly a “better” product. Very disappointed…will not buy one from Anker again.**UPDATE**I was contacted directly by Anker and they quickly offered a full refund or a new charger to try. I was willing to give it another try. Received in days and it works perfectly! It’s so nice to have such great customer service!I am glad I gave it another try because I loved the size and everything else about it.

I bought this for my trip to Disneyland. I knew id be taking a lot of photos and videos, and that would drain my battery. This came in handy and it charges fast! It slim, fits my aesthetic and does the job.

Anker charger blocks and chords are the only kind I buy nowadays. They are always so reliable, fast charging, and they last for hours or more on end. I can charge my laptop and my phone as the same time, and still have some left over power on my block afterwards! The block itself isn’t too bulky or heavy; it’s fairly slim and doesn’t take up too much space in my bag. I never leave the house without this charger. Definitely recommend!

I don’t use this charger frequently, just when hiking or travelling, but it charges my iPhone quickly and has enough juice for a couple of charges (iPhone SE2). If I had a newer/larger iPhone, I might opt for a slightly larger capacity charger; but even still, this would provide enough power for a full recharge.Only downside is that if charging via USB C and plugging it into my laptop, if my laptop battery is low, the Anker battery will then try to charge my laptop instead of drain the laptop to charge the portable battery. If there was a software fix/way to control this, that’d be great, but it’s hardly an issue and not a dealbreaker — just charge it using a wall outlet or make sure your computer is plugged in.Definitely a fan of Anker products and will get another Anker portable charger once this one inevitably wears out (batteries do degrade over time, regardless of manufacturer), but hopefully this will be a while.

The battery pack is light weight and easy to carry. It does take a long time to recharge, several hours, but as long as you know you can act accordingly.

Quick update to my previous review: I was contacted by an Anker representative and they offered to refund my money or send me a suitable replacement that would work with the iPhone 15. I appreciated this outreach. I wish they had taken care of it soner as opposed to responding to a negative review on Amazon.—————————-My wife and I have been huge fans of Anker and its products over the years, but unfortunately our experience with this device was incredibly disappointing. We purchased this Anker portable charger in March 2023. To begin with, the device was not working very well with my wife’s iPhone XR. It would not charge it very quickly and would lose charging capacity swiftly.Fast forward a few months to October 2023 and we both got new smartphones (iPhone 15’s). When we tried using this device with the iPhone 15, it would not work. I called Anker and the customer serivce representative was either unwilling or unable to assist. He indicated that he could not process a warranty claim because the device is not supposed to work with an iPhone 15. He also indicated that I would have to replicate the troubles we had been having with the iPhone XR during the phone call for him to process the claim. Of course we can’t replicate those issues because we no longer have that phone. He indicated he could not process an exchange nor a refund. So an Anker charger that was supposed to last us years only lasted a few months. And the company will NOT provide us any recourse. Very disappointing.

Worked great for a while then suddenly stopped. Was hoping for something more reliable for the price.***edited*** was offered a full refund immediately after writing this post. Updated to 5 stars because it did initially work great and the seller seems to take quality seriously enough to make things right immediately. Much gratitude and respect.

I bought this for my Meta Quest 3 VR headset. It fits perfectly in my pocket with a cable going up to the headset. It is powerful enough to charge the headset while playing, so if you want you can run indefinitely by swapping out these battery packs. Even with one battery the runtime is more than enough for my sessions. The device is solidly-built, with a simple and classy design. The price is great too. One of the few products where I have zero complaints.

Loved it the 3 times i got to use it. It would charge my phone from 15% to 100% in what seemed like minutes. Worked well on my tablet as well just not as fast obviously. Unfortunately it grew legs and walked off one day and I havent been able to locate it since. Wish there was a “find my power bank” feature that could be downloaded on a phone and used so when they grow legs and walk off they can be easily found again.

So far it’s doing great. My only issue is while charging my Nintendo Switch with C to C and earbuds case with Usb A to micro it was forced to make the entire device trickle charge so my switch was flicking the charge but on its own or an other device with more power draw everything was normal. I still love it 5 stars. I wouldn’t need to charge my ear buds case so often any way. The case body also seems solid but handle with care.

Honestly, I’m never more than 2 feet from a phone charger cube, so normally I wouldn’t even think about buying something like this. But we were staying in a yurt up in the mountains of northern New Mexico for four days and there was no electricity but I wanted to be able to take lots of pictures. This thing did a great job. Seemed to be pretty fast. My only complaint was that the instructions were either non-existent or in three-point font… I don’t remember than either I couldn’t read it or the instructions were unclear. I’ll just OK Boomer myself on out of here.

I have a 20K mAh charger as well, and went with the 10K because it was smaller. It would likely be fine for a single user, but if you have multiple people using it, the 10,000 mAh capacity is just a bit small. It would be OK for short trips, but if you may need it for a long day, I’d opt for a 20K+ capacity even though it will be heavier and larger. Honestly it was a much smaller physical size difference that I expected. The big kicker is that it will NOT charge an iPhone 15/15 Pro on USB C. I believe the problem stems from Anker using the USB-C for charging the portable charger. Since the iPhone 15 has the ability to charge external devices it appears that the hand shaking is identifying the Anker as a device that can be charged before identifying as a device that charges. There is no indication that the Anker is being charged, it looks like it just continually goes through the hand shake, but the net is that it is discharging the phone. The USB A port will charge at the slower rate however. Anker designed this before the 15 was out so you can’t fault them, but they should update their listing to indicate that this is a problem.

The pack charges the iPhone 15 Pro Max with a regular Apple lightning apple chord used for the iPhone 13 Pro Max along with an Apple USB-C to Lightning adapter. As a prior purchaser has said the pack does not charge with the USB-C to USB-C cable. The USB-C to Lightning adapter allows me to choose the old trickle charge 5W Apple power adapter from years ago and I feel safe leaving my iPhone 15 Pro Max charging overnight.. I avoid fast charging but if I need a quick boost I use.either my 12W or 20W Apple power adapters. With the 12W Apple adapter I use the USB-C to Lightning Apple adapter. With the 20W Apple power adapter I use the USB-C to USB-C cable that comes with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The Apple USB-C to Lightning power adapter allows me to back up a copy of my iPhone !5 Pro Max to iTunes on my Windows PC.

This charger kept my Galaxy Note 10+ adequately powered while I was vacationing overseas. Although I mostly traveled to locations where I could easily charge my phone, it was also reassuring to know that I had a reliable power bank, just in case.I knew I’d be able to charge my phone regularly during my trip, so I wouldn’t need a charger with a huge power capacity. I also wanted a thinner power bank that would be convenient to carry around everywhere. This charger fit my needs perfectly, and at a reasonable price. It took 5-6 hours to fully charge this power bank, and it charged my phone 2-3 times before it needed to be charged again. I appreciate that it uses cables that I have plenty of.If you need to charge several devices every day, this might not be the power bank for you. But if you have low to moderate charging needs and don’t want to spend a lot of money, I would recommend this one.

This power bank can charge other devices including iPad 12.9″ 2021 model but won’t charge my band new iPhone 15 Pro via USB C port (I already fully charged the power bank first and tried draining my phone to about 20% and recharging it, but that still did not work). I have to use USB A port to charge my iPhone 15 Pro. Thankfully, this power bank comes with a USB C to USB A cable. My other Anker Power Bank (a1365 20000 mAh PD power bank) can charge my iPhone 15 Pro via USB C port without any issues. I did some research and found out that many people who own new iPhone have the same issue. I wish Anker addresses this issue via firmware update. Other than that, it is a great power bank and I wish to buy another one if Anker addresses this issue.

Update: Having worked with Anker Customer Service and received a replacement for my defective power bank I can now say I am very satisfied with this product.Original review for context: I purchased the “Anker Portable Charger, USB-C Portable Charger 10K with 20W Power Delivery” hoping for a reliable power bank to accompany me on my trips. Initially, the charger seemed promising. It charged devices at an impressive speed, and its battery capacity felt sufficient for multiple charges. However, my optimism was short-lived.Just a few weeks after receiving it, and crucially, right after I embarked on my trip, the charger stopped functioning. No matter which device I attempted to plug in or the type of cable I used (and I tried several known working ones), it simply wouldn’t charge. The power bank’s indicators showed a full charge, so the issue wasn’t a drained battery.I was fortunate that I never found myself in dire need of a charge during my journey. However, if I had truly depended on it in an emergency, this product would have let me down.In conclusion, while the initial performance was commendable, the reliability left much to be desired. I cannot recommend the Anker PowerCore Slim 10K PD, especially for those seeking a dependable travel companion.

I have (and have had) many Anker chargers over the years. I know what works for me, and this is the perfect size for two-person travel on trains, ferries, and buses. Our phones usually last long enough but sometimes a backup plan is in order, and these are light and powerful enough so we don’t stress out about a low battery while trying to follow a map.

Anker products are a must!!Fast charging ✓Three full charges to my Android phone✓Recharging might take a little long but gadget remains fully charges as expected ✓Love the fact that both usb a and usb c ports work in both way, so you can either recharge on any port and also can connect your device with any of the cables and it will get charge.

This did not charge my macbook air, but it works well for my ipad and iphone. I think they get confused by the macbook about which device gets to charge which device. This device is tall, narrow, and thick. I would prefer a bit shorter, wider and flatter but I also wanted this type of capacity. The outer finish appears to be phone-screen friendly – my previous travel batter had metal edges and I had to be careful about keeping it in the same pocket as my phone. This device is fine with regard to that.I do wish they bundled super-short cables with this thing – my usual use case is to rarely need to go somewhere immediately but I’ve failed to charge my phone. Then, I would put the battery and the phone into my pocket together, with a very very short cable. I am a fan of the Anker brand and have had nothing but great products from them – so I am looking forward to owning this battery for a long time, and hoping that it will save my bacon at least once (but best if I never get into a situation where I do need it!).

I used a USB-C multimeter to verify 20w output to my ipad and that it charges itself at 18w which is much nicer than all my other powerbanks.I know there are a lot of off brand powerbanks on the market that are cheaper, maybe a little lighter, maybe claim more capacity or watts for much cheaper but read the reviews. Many have QC issues, they stopped working after a few months, caught on fire, melted, had to be replaced because the initial unit didn’t work. Yeah this cost twice what they do but I know that Anker isn’t going to catch my house on fire. For ME it’s worth paying more and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Reasonable size, good build quality, two cables included. Definitely worth a couple bucks more than the Anker 323 which is thick in comparison.Negative reviewers that say it doesn’t charge their phone probably turned on “trickle charge” mode. This mode is intended for small earbuds that don’t require much power when charging. If the color of the lights don’t match, hold down the button until they do.

This power bank has no trouble pushing 20W to my devices and doesn’t have any issue negotiating the voltage/current with them. It also comes with cables, which is nice (I don’t remember my last Anker power bank coming with cables).I have one in black and one in white. I suggest the one in white, as the labeling indicating its capacity is easier to read (in case airport security personnel want to see it).

After many review and ratings, this power bank does not disappoint. To charge the block takes a while, but the battery itself is sleek and portable for traveling. I keep mine in the car and it charges my phone fast. I get a few uses before I need to charge it again. If you are someone who constantly uses a power bank, I would not recommend but I would recommend if you use it for emergencies and last minute charge ups.

My phone was at 40% when I plugged it into the Anker portable charger. I went to check on my phone less than a half hour later and it was completely charged to 100%. I only used 1/4 of the available charge of the portable charger so I did not recharge the portable charger as it will work at least 1 more time. Best one of these I’ve ever owned. Also, as a side note, the portable charger is the same size as your phone. This is very good because you can set the phone and the charger on top of each other as opposed to portable chargers that are round or other shapes.

evice. On a recent trip out of town, I found myself with a dead battery walking in downtown Nashville, no ability to call an Uber or help, or even navigate to my Airbnb. I had no backup battery. . Slim design. It will recharge an Ipad pro and iPhone 13 quickly. When recharged via wall outlet (I use my Ipad charger wall plug) it takes 2 hours to recharge this unit. It will hold the charge for four days before it starts to fall off.

The Anker Portable Charger with USB-C and 10000mAh battery capacity is an amazing product that I highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable charging on-the-go. The 20W Power Delivery ensures that your devices charge quickly, while the USB-C port allows for seamless compatibility with a variety of devices. The sleek and compact design makes it easy to carry around in your pocket or bag, and the LED indicator shows you how much battery life is remaining. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this Anker Portable Charger, and it has saved me countless times when I’m out and about. Five stars!

otorola phone. Purchased this charger before a trip to Disney & Universal. The charger itself charges in something like 2-6 hours using an 18W turbo wall charger. The charger put my Motorola phone into TurboCharge mode and rapidly charged it. I used it to top the phone off from time to time as the Disney or Universal app along w/ GPS turned on drains it faster than normal. Does get a little warm when it’s charging the phone but not unexpected. Happy with the purchase.

chased this charger to replace two smaller zanier chargers. The four indicator lights keep you informed of the charge status of its level of charge remaining. I’ve used it three times to charge my iPhone 12 Pro and it did so in a relatively quick order.
