I have bought Ailun screen protectors and camera protectors for several years and they never disappoint. Easy to install and a phone frame is included to help with alignment. Super clear and have protected the screen in every fall. The protector is cracked and the phone screen is perfect. Touch sensitivity is fine – no change. Well worth the investment.

So many screen protectors go all the way to the edge of the phone screen and interfere with the case, which causes the screen protector to peel up or the case to not fit. This one leaves enough of a gap to allow most cases to seat properly with your phone without messing up the adhesion of the screen protector.Follow the video instructions and go slowly for a flawless install. I used both the wet and dry wipes and the dust stickers to get the surface perfect before installing and I have no bubbles in my screen protector.I did accidentally touch the perfect screen after cleaning and discarding the wet/dry wipes before I had a chance to put the protector on, so to fix that I used a microfiber to remove the fingerprint, followed with the dust removal stickers included in this kit to remove a few tiny bits of lint left there by the microfiber.

The cover is a bit thicker, and has to be perfectly placed by spec to cover all pixels. Each side just nearly cover all pixels, and thus leave no margin for any placement error. You may need to adjust a few times to find the perfect placement. Each try will leave some bubbles that go away in a few days.Otherwise works great. For the price it’s well worth it.

My original review was written rather hastily and, my negativity towards the Ailun screen protector for my new iPhone 16 Pro was mainly due to a bad assumption on my part. After using the screen protector for a couple of days, I have to say that it works pretty well.I had ordered a screen protector ahead of time so that when my iPhone 16 Pro arrived, I could install one right away. When unboxing my new phone, I noticed that the screen had been protected by a piece of film from the factory. I assumed — apparently incorrectly — that I could remove that film and install the Ailun screen protector without having to go through the cleaning process. I assumed that the film had been applied on a screen that had never seen dust, or fingerprints and would be ready to accept a screen protector. I ended up with a screen full of bubbles that would not go away.My first thought was that perhaps I had not installed the screen protector correctly. I’ve installed many, many screen protectors on my iPhones and various other Apple products since my first iPhone 4S, but sometimes there are subtle differences in the process, especially when the installation makes use of a plastic guide like this one does. The package did not contain any written instructions, but rather there were QR codes printed on the envelope that contained the glass protector. One QR code supposedly pointed to an installation video on the Ailun website, and the other pointed to a YouTube video.I scanned the QR code for the Ailun website and did not find a video, I then entered the listed URL, and it went to the same page on the Ailun website which did not contain any videos. Next, I scanned the QR code to go to the YouTube video. It took me to a video about how to install the Ailun screen protector for the iPhone 15 series phones — and these protectors did not come with a plastic guide, so the process was different.Today I revisited both the website and the YouTube videos and there is still no video about how to install the iPhone 16 screen protectors with the plastic guide. Not good.Without specific instructions about the installation process, I decided that my only choice was to remove the first protector, go through the cleaning process and install another protector.The second protector had far fewer bubbles, but it still had many that I could not remove by using the method of pushing them towards the edges of the screen. That’s when I wrote my 1-star review.Interestingly enough, after a day or so all the bubbles have disappeared. The second screen protector fits and looks as nice as any Ailun screen protector I have ever used.I apologize for my hastiness in writing that bad review. However, there is still the matter of not being able to find any instructions.The screen protector is fine, it is reasonably priced, it fits well, and any installation bubbles seem to disappear after a day or two. I would give this product 5 stars and a big recommendation, except for the lack of instructions. Yes, I know how to install a screen protector, and I can probably figure out how to use the plastic guide, but if you’re going to include a QR code instead of written instructions, someone needs to make sure the QR codes work.
