I received reloaded ink cartridges. They seemed fine at first, but after one print job the printer no longer recognizes them because they aren’t from HP. I’m returning them since they’re defective and I’ll be purchasing directly from HP.

The 63XL Black/Tri-Color Ink Cartridge (2-Pack) works great with my HP OfficeJet 3830. The black ink is clear and sharp, and the colors are bright and accurate. The XL size lasts longer, which is a plus.The downside is the price—these cartridges are expensive. Also, the color ink runs out faster if you print in color a lot. Still, they’re reliable and easy to install.

Very good and long lasting ink. This is my second purchase of this ink and it really last a long time and saves money from purchasing the other brand that my printer recommended. I work from home and print often. Hard to say how many sheets I get but this ink does last me much longer than I expected. Fit was perfect for my HP4570.
