The cleaner works wonderfully. The texture is very soapy so make sure to rinse with water after. The seal on the top broke on one of mine and it leaked everywhere during shipping and I guess it can’t be returned so I’m stuck with an empty tub and one full tub when I ordered two. 5 stars for how it works but 1 star for Amazon’s response- so a 3 star review.

I included a before and after of my morganite engagement ring. This cleaning solution does the job, without damaging your ring. All I do is let it soak for 10ish minutes, then clean the ring with the included brush making sure to get into the small holes and crevices, and walla!!!! Clean and beautiful once again!

I usually get my jewelry professionally cleaned, but a friend recommended I try Weiman. Wow! It was amazing. I’m embarrassed to say my jewelry was pretty filthy. (I’m hard on it) It cleaned everything so beautifully and easily that I tried to get a ‘before’ and ‘after’ photo. It doesn’t adequately show the difference it made. I am EXTREMELY pleased and satisfied with this product.

My jewelry is sparkling after using this cleaner. It was easy to use. You have to be sure to time your soak period to last no longer than 30 minutes. Since I hadn’t cleaned my rings for a while, they had a lot of soap build up from frequent hand washing. in the future I will not need to soak the rings, just use the small included brush to scrub the gems.

All of the negative reviews are from people who do not read labels. It clearly says not for silver, turquoise, ivory, coral and several other jewelry types. Don’t blame the product for your ignorance.This product works awesome on gold and diamonds which is why I purchased it. I soaked the pieces for several minutes agitating the basket several pieces fell through the basket. I’m not sure why it’s blue there’s no need for coloring.My jar does leak just like everyone else’s. Also, there was no little brush in mine. I may try a different brand next time.

Works amazingly!!! used it on a friend’s 10k gold diamond earrings. And this pic was just me using the brush it comes with inside of the cleaner. Hadn’t even soaked them and they got this clean!! The scent is slight of ammonia but you’d really only smell it if you’re up close using the product. The shine is immaculate. And it comes in a durable container. Easy to use. Also comes with a tiny brush for cleaning and a soaking tray inside

The cleaning solution is good, cleaned my jewelry. But the design of the tray inside is poor. Holes at the bottom are too big and thinner bracelets and necklaces fall through the holes, best used for thicker items like rings. Also, the rod that is used to pull the tray out has no friction so is very slippery and can’t be used to agitate the jewelry sitting at the bottom. I bought this to replace my old cleaner and am disappointed by the design.

Honestly bro, I’ve always been a little skeptical of these jewelry cleaners for fear that they would either damage my jewelry or leave my neck or fingers tinted blue. Needless to say, neither of these happened, and the only thing that resulted from using Weiman’s cleaner liquid was shiny, sparkly, new-looking jewelry.My wife owns a few gold and platinum pieces and would normally take them in to a jeweler for cleaning. With money and time being at a premium these days, we figured this was worth a try. Super-easy to use – the items are placed in a tray that is then dipped in the cleaner fluid and brushed with the included scrubbing brush. When I tell you the results were amazing, I am not kidding you.My wife loves when people notice her jewelry, but a lot of her pieces (including her wedding and engagement rings) were dirty and tarnished from wear. After a few minutes in the cleaner fluid and a quick brushing, they both looked like they had been professionally steam cleaned at a jeweler’s.Great item, great price. Worth the “trouble” and definitely a time and money saver if you have a few items to clean.

So I’m giving this item 5 ⭐️s1#1, it came super fast, and had a lot of padding in the box, no leaking, no cracks nothing!#2 people complained it doesn’t clean, well it only takes a simple 5 seconds to read and it says it’s not for cleaning sterling sliver, I put my sterling silver wedding rings and no it didn’t polish the sliver (it’s not supposed too!) but the diamonds? Wow just wow after not cleaning it for over 3 years I saw a world of difference!#3 there’s no smell at all, not sure why people say there is. I’m pregnant and pretty Sensitive to Smells and there’s none!#5 the brush works as it should!This is definitely worth the money.

I got this to clean a ring I inherited. I ended up doing some spring jwerey cleaning when I got this a a container of silver cleaner to clean. I didn’t reliazed I had some nice pieces till I cleaned them with this. Some cubic zirconium I had I thought were plain. I see they have a rainbow of colors that show through thier facets. I know they aren’t expensive but they are nice pieces. It cleans the stones on both sides so the light is more brillent. What looked like a dark ( almost black) sapphire was a buatiful blue once cleaned.It cleaned up earnings really nice the basket and tiny brush were wonderful.

This product cleaned my gold jewelry pretty well. Based on the picture, it is advertised to be able to clean silver and sterling silver. However, the instructions say not to clean these items with the cleaner and that’s primarily why I purchased the product. I think they should change the advertising.

I’ve been using this for over 2 years, on average twice per month. It works well, quality fine jewelry cleaner. But the little brush starts falling apart, shedding bristles, pretty soon after opening. I’d still buy again, but perhaps find a different brush.I’d pay a bit more for better brush. How much could it cost them for a decent brush??

I was looking to clean some jewelry real quick while I save up for a good sonic cleaner. This product looked skeptical, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Everything is simple. It comes in a small container. You just unscrew the top, pull out the tray, place items in the tray then put it back in the container. You can also poor the solution into a separate container if you want which makes it even easier.I left some heavily soiled coins in it for the recommended 30 minutes. Right away you notice the issues in design. The tray handle is too short which causes you to dip your fingers in the solution to retrieve it. It would’ve been better if they attached the tray to the lid itself in-order to avoid this issue. The openings in the tray are also too large which causes small items to slip through.The coins came out looking almost new. Upon closer inspection I could see that there were still small spots of dirt here & there although it did reveal a burn mark underneath the gunk on a dime. The coins were also visibly duller than they should be. The included brush could also be made slightly bigger & have more sets of bristles as it is awkward to use, especially for those of us with large hands.Pros:- Ease of use- CostCons:- Tray handle is too short which causes you to have to dip your fingers in the solution whenever you have to get it out- Doesn’t get items super clean. Don’t expect to get all the years of caked on gunk off- If you leave items in too long you might have to polish them afterwards- Openings in tray too large
