i’m 240lbs and am on my feet all day long working anywhere between 50-85hr weeks, have low arches and plantar fasciitis, and USED to go through a pair of the Dr S****lls pain relieving orthotics about a pair every 3-6months at best.then i found THESE wonderful insoles.honestly, they’re WAY more comfy and effective than my previous ones, and i get an average of a year’s worth of use out of them, and since i spend more time in my boots than my shoes, i’m mostly gauging that lifespan off of in-boot usage. as soon as they start feeling like they’re getting a little worn for work use, they get moved over from my work boots to my off-the-clock shoes to continue their usage. so, DEFINITELY more durable.as far as the comfort and ease of use goes – as long as you know your shoe size, they’re pretty much good to go. i have yet to have yo do any trimming or adjustment on them, just stuff in there and go really. as far as comfort goes – i’m often carrying lots of heavy tools and materials, and climbing up and down trailers and refinery towers, and these are the most effective and value-for-money insoles i’ve found in my 13years in my current position, as well as another 6 years in previous physically demanding lines of work. they’re very lightweight despite their solid construction, so you won’t notice them adding any ankle weight to your steps, which can be a godsend if you’re already lugging around a pair of 8in tall steel toe boots that weigh 3.5lbs apiece, let alone wearing them in running/skate shoes.fantastic product that i can’t recommend enough really!

I bought this product and another by the same maker with medium arch support. Both products seem well made and fit my sneakers perfectly. But I am not sure which product is best for me, or more likely both provide value to me.When I first tried this product I thought the high arch support was uncomfortable, or at least a bit awkward. So I got the medium arch support product and it felt perfect. However today I went back to the high arch product and played two hours of pickleball with them. Felt perfectly fine.I have some metatarsal pain in my right foot, meaning the ball of my foot has some inflammation. I am now thinking the high arch product offloads stress from the ball of my foot and distributes it elsewhere. So the high arch product is something I will use when doing aerobic activity, like pickleball. However if I am going on long walks and on my feet all day I think the medium arch support is good enough and will be more comfortable.Bottom line: deciding on the medium arch or high arch product is not easy. You might want to try both, and like me you might want to use both.

These knockoffs are a great alternative to the Powerstep brand which used to be a good value. Not anymore. They provide the support for low arches and minimizing plantar fasciitis. Longevity yet to be seen but half the price, you could buy two sets of these for the price of one pair of Powersteps.

These arch supports fit my women size 8 running shoes absolutely perfectly on length. They are a little bit slimmer than my wide shoes but that seems to make no difference. The arch is solid, non collapsible which is great for holding up over time. Yet it doesn’t feel stiff. These are super comfortable. They’re not overly thick, so my foot stays in the shoe nicely. I’m going to be buying more of these for my other shoes.

For the price this insert is pretty good. If your plantar fascia is not already inflamed it would probably be 5 start mine is and it helped me get through the day on my feet with little discomfort. I was still aware of my foot problem though through out the day. If I need inserts in a hurry or at a cheaper price, I would get these again. The inserts did not alter the way my foot sat in the shoe. They did not need trimming and were supportive.. However I found a brand that works excellent, not sold on Amazon that costs $60+ and works top notch even in flair

This insole is firm, but it feels like walking on a cloud because it fits. The insole perfectly cups my heel and arch, as if it was custom molded to my own foot. I was surprised by how well it fit for the price. I have been dissatisfied by some brands because they lacked the heel cupping which insert has. It is very good if you need arch support for a high arch.I purchased this for stability, and ended up only using ONE insert on one side. One of my feet is too large and has a medium arch…. while my other foot is normal with a normal/high arch. I only use this on my normal foot to elevate it and to prevent it from leaning to one side due to an imbalance from the other foot.

I can’t say enough good things about these. I’ve been dealing with plantar fascitis for a LONG TIME. I actually went to have X-rays on my feet and they said I had bone spurs in my heels that was contributing to the pain. I’m on my feet a lot and I’m having virtually no pain since using these.

Just got these a couple days ago and my plantar fasciitis already feels better! I can hardly walk in the mornings, but with these inserts in my Kizik shoes, plus ice and stretching, I’m seeing improvement!I got the 9 1/2 women’s and they fit perfectly in my shoes. No cutting required !

I put these insoles in my new pair of Jim Green boots (size 13) and the combo has been phenomenal. My feet have not hurt and my calves have not been nearly as tight as they were before I started using these insoles. I highly recommend them, especially at the low cost.

    10. Rick V

These insoles are as advertised and they seem to be well made. They provide arch support, maintain that support without flattening out and stay in place in the shoe. However, these insoles do not have much cushioning and do not provide as much pain relief as I wanted or expected. The caveat is that the pain in my feet is self-diagnosed as plantar fasciitis, based on the pain/symptoms that I experience compared to what is documented for plantar. I will continue to use the insoles, but I will also continue to search for alternatives that perform better for me. These insoles may work for others, but they are only adequate for me.

The liners provide a higher arch that is sturdy even for a plus size woman. They are beyond comfortable and very soothing especially for those who deal with swelling. My feet feel so comfortable when wearing these. I used in a pair of Nike tennis shoes to ease the comfort of walking. Best choice ever! All you do is take out of box and put directly into shoes of choice. I will continue to buy this brand for myself and others!

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and have had orthotics made for me by podiatrist in the past. Currently have a fairly expensive pair OTC from Fit to Run. Wanted to put a pair in all of my usual shoes so I wouldn’t have to keep switching them out but didn’t want to spend a fortune. These are great and give me the support I need, very comparable to more expensive versions. Don’t know how they will hold up over time, but since I have spread many out over the shoes that need them most, time will tell!

I bought these after picking up tennis again after many years away from the game and when i did i experienced fairly significant bottom of feet pain. Now when i played years ago i did experience plantar faciatis once or twice and i remember that being more in the arches and more of a needle like pain. This latest episode felt more dull and deep bone bruise type feeling on the heel more so than arch.In doing a little online research it appears it still may be plantar faciatis. Either way, these soles helped. These insoles are replacements, not over lays. I wear size 11 and these fit snugly into my shoe. They make you feel a little higher in the shoe because you actually are, these are noticably thicker than originals in the shoe (Asics tennis shoe). They do break in and sit lower after first use. I notice less pain in feet than without them. As other reviews mention, all of these types of inserts will eventually wear out do to use but a small price to pay for added comfort, support and pain relief.I had this in my cart for a few days and picked it up on a flash sale with additional coupon. Was about 15 bucks total inc tax.Pleased with purchase, prob worth the original price too.

These insoles are sturdy and they have great arch support which is why I need them. They are comfortable. My size 8 insoles fit perfectly in my size 8 shoes; even the slip-ons without hanging over the back. They are a bit thick, so there are shoes I could not get on with the insoles in them.

My knees, right hip, shins, and calves have been ON FIRE for the last few years. I overpronate a lot, have flat feet, and was all around in pain when I walked, but especially when standing still. These supports have made a tremendous difference in my stance, balance, and pain! Even a week on concrete floors at a trade show in Vegas was nothing! I’ll say these do not feel like walking on a cloud or anything like that. They’re not soft and cushy. They’re sturdy, stable, and do what they should, keep me aligned started with my feet heading up! All of my previous insert have been super cushioning, gel, blah blah blah… And my feet alwsys slid around on them or after a few hours, they felt like they had given up for the day, and seemed to make my issues worse the longer I’d wear them. NOT THESE! These provide all day SUPPORT! They’ve got just as easily in my running shoes, dress shoes, cowboy boots, hiking boots, and even a few pair of dress casual shoes. The only shoes I have that haven’t worked well have been a pair of loafers. The only other issue I had was with really low top shoes, the back of my ankle would rub but I solved that with a thin layer of moleskin inside the shoes. When I started wearing these exercising was out of the question, long walks were a no go. Now I’m up and going all day, and working out. My pains are much more manageable and I’m taking care of my health again. I’ve lost a lot of weight now that I don’t have to worry about the pain during a workout!

Pros: These inserts provide strong support that has significantly reduced my limp during the day and in the mornings; I no longer experience daily discomfort because of them. Occasionally, I still feel a slight limp in the morning after running, but overall, they have been effective. I’ve also noticed that weight plays a role—the lighter you are, the less pain you may experience, although I credit much of the relief to these inserts.Cons: I wear them daily with my tennis shoes, and I’m concerned they may not last two years. After three months, while the pain isn’t a guaranteed thing in the morning, I do feel some discomfort in the mornings sometimes. However, I’m willing to purchase more when necessary. Overall, this is a product I would buy again.

I have intermittent plantar fasciitis and have found that various inserts can minimize it or even stop it entirely. The struggle I have is that with new 40-60 dollar inserts, after about two or three weeks, the inserts no longer seem to help much or actually start causing a bit of knee or hip pain. (they don’t get worn out so much as they lose that arch that helps the issue) This ends up feeling like a huge waste of money and I had been hoping for a while someone would start producing something a lot less expensive that did the job and felt more disposable as the 50/60 dollar ones feel like such a waste. I keyword search amazon looking for something plantar specific to see what else was out there and got a pair of these. They are great, took care of my plantar, revitalized a couple pairs of new balance I had given up on, and they are half or a third of the cost of the bigger brands. I would also say they last longer too in terms of keeping the arch. There are no real cons, but I marked this 4 stars rather than 5 for a couple reasons. One, I am a 12 and these needed to be trimmed a quarter inch or so to fit the length of my shoes. Width is fine.. they don’t protrude. Second, the brand sticker around the heel area comes off pretty quickly and ends up on your socks or feet or floor. I suggest since the company does a gradient print on the bed of these (the blue black pixely looking stuff) which does not lift or fade.. just use that process to include the name. Last, it would be great if these came in various textures.. the current texture is mostly fine, but, sometimes with short socks on a walk it will pull them downward into the shoes. Otherwise these are definitely worth a try.. probably a worthy 20 bucks while you wait for 8 months to 2 years to get in to see a clinic about making actual orthotics for you.

This stays on my wishlist. It does a great job of supporting my feet that are prone to plantar facaitis. It makes my ballet flats into walking shoes! One pair of shoes are too tight wearing these, due to the insole thickness, so definitely make sure you check the fit before buying the shoes. Thankfully those shoes were free. Those shoes also don’t get worn since they are not as supportive or comfy since I cannot use these insoles. I honestly think the thickness makes them supportive enough. They aren’t super thick mind you. Just enough to give support to the foot. The only shoes these don’t go in are athletic shoes, sandals, & tight shoes. I’m definitely going to be careful if sizing in any non athletic shoes or sandals that I buy since I want these in all my shoes! These also last. I’ve had one pair in my ballet flats for a year.

Very comfortable. Easy to put into my work boots as a replacement for the originals. Better support and last much longer. Makes my foot ware seem new again. No more tired feet.

I have flat feet and I have been wearing hoka shoes for years now. Recently I got plantar fasciitis issues with my right leg and my foot doctor recommended wearing custom insoles for arch support. While I had my measurement taken at the clinic, it took about 3 weeks for the custom insoles to arrive. In the meanwhile, I had ordered these insoles from walk -hero and they help me walk again. I was in immense pain and a pinched nerve on my ankle was getting worse before I began my treatment with my doctor. After I replaced by regular hoka shoes insoles with these ones from Amazon, my feet felt a thousand fold better. Even with plantar fasciia, I was able to walk and stand comfortably and with regular use at home, these shoes helped me heal faster. I would highly recommend these insoles if you were on the fence about whether to buy these for your feet. They feel amazing and are very sturdy. Plus these are cost effective too when compared to other leading brands like superfeet or easy feet. I had one of my friends order this too because his feet were aching due to his long runs and he can spot the difference these have made in his workout routine. Try these on for a week if you are not used to wearing arch supporting insoles and you will know what I am talking about. It takes some time to get used to the new insoles but once you do, you won’t look back. Good quality insoles with an affordable price are a find! I bought 4 pairs immediately after I felt the difference. So I switch these up with my custom made insoles in shoes when my custom ones don’t fit in, and I’m glad that I made these purchases! Bonus: they don’t make your feet stink!

i originally bought these for my work shoes, and they were incredible. I work 12-14hr shifts weekly, and am required to stand throughout the entirely. with these insoles, my feet & legs feel incredible after such long shifts! no more aching or blisters 💗 they also make my shoes fit better (i have very narrow/thin feet lol, so they don’t slide around in my shoes as much with the insoles). loved them so much i’ve bought several more now and put them in all my other shoes!! def recommend – totally worth the price 💗👟

THIS IS NOT A SPONSORED REVIEW… JUST MY HONEST TESTIMONY!I always found wearing insoles some degree of uncomfortable, even several popular brands (Dr. Sch*lls etc..),and even the “custom” ones that had been recommended as a result of “foot scans” to see what was “best for me”! Unfortunately however a few months back I developed a sudden tibial pain around my shin that began out of the blue. It ached and was extremely painful while walking or being on my feet in shoes. My theory was that I was dealing with some form of overpronation but whatever it was a MAJOR discomfort. Despite my rocky history with them, I decided to try out these insoles in an effort to see if they would work yet be totally comfortable. Unlike before, I deviated from the more popular brands and what popped up first to sort through the reviews and found these.Needless to say I LOVE THEM!!!Like any other insole they take a little “breaking in” but these are INSTANTLY comfortable. Within the same day I got them they felt cozy and molded to my feet. As soon as I tried them on, my tibial pain/potential overpronation INSTANTLY disappeared just like waving a magic wand!! I was shocked! I swear I could hear the angels singing!!These insoles in general are firm and supportive, yet flexible and comfy. They practically feel natural as if they could be the original innersole (only with much more support ofc)! They are the perfect blend of noticeable support without being too flimsy, but also not those painfully hard brick insoles that only leave your feet uncomfortable and aching. They have the perfect balance of thinness and thickness to make for comfortable soles, they melt flawlessly, and they WORK!! At least for me they did! Very flexible and breathable as well.Would recommend to ANYONE interested and debating whether or not to purchase, to give these a try and see if it ends up working for them!! I bought these strongly suspecting there was a 50/50 chance I might return them, but ended up falling in love with them instead!! 😀 Thanks for reading!

In the past 6-8 months, I’ve had heel pain when I wake up. I’m trying to find a pair of shoes that relieves this, but in the meantime, I’ve also been trying insoles so I am able to use shoes I already own (and save some money).Of the insoles I’ve tried, including some specifically marketed for plantar fasciitis, these have been the most helpful but have not completely removed the pain.Unfortunately they only fit in some of my shoes. I have some Merrell hiking shoes and New Balance tennis shoes with removable insoles that these work vreat in, but others that make my shoes flop off or feel too fight. They do take a bit of getting used to, as the arch is higher than anything I’ve used but now that I’ve worn them a bit, I can’t even tell there is an insole in my shoe.Ideally I think I’d like more heel cushion in conjunction with the arch support. I also think the arch support in this particular insole may be too pronounced for my foot.

These shoe inserts work good for sore feet however they make your feet sit too high in the shoe and caused a bit of chafing on the bottom of my feet.

I really like these supports as they are long enough, so they do not slip ahead when I put on my shoes. I have very high arches, and these give me great support even in cheap shoes and are built nice an sturdy. I highly recommend them.

i’ve gone through a lot of different types of insoles, from inexpensive to extremely expensive. I stand all day long every day on concrete, so my feet get pretty sore. I’ve only been wearing these for about a week, and OMG do my feet feel great. I did have to cut them down a sizable amount in the middle, which was pretty hard to do as they are significantly hard on the bottom, but once I got done with that, they fit perfect. The arch is really good and definitely helps my feet, and the insult adds just the right amount of cushion. I definitely recommend these for the small price that they are. Will definitely be buying more for other shoes.

I bought these to help with my plantar fasciitis and they do help some but they didn’t relieve even most of my pain. They give some cushion and support, but don’t work for my PF. I ended up buying other ones for less at Wallyworld that work MUCH better. They’re not bad but they only seems to make my PF worse if worn all day. Additionally, one was a touch smaller than the other. NOTE: Funny that Amazon kicked back my original review of this (much of which is copied here) as against the rules for some reason. Good thing, because it was only after I posted the original, higher-rated one that I realized they weren’t working well for me. So thanks, Zon, I get to reduce my rating without having to go thru the hassle of finding the review and editing it!

These insoles are wonderful. They have helped stop the foot pain. Great fit and very comfortable. For the price…can replace often and still be ahead financially. Well worth the money and for the price you have nothing to lose! Highly recommend these insoles.

I have found 99% of all boot and shoe insoles offer no support. I use these in my hunting boots, hiking boots and shoes and tennis shoes. Support is fantastic and they wear like iron. The heel cup is an added bonus. They take up a little more volume in your shoes but have never had any problem with shoe fit after I put them in my shoes.

For the price and durability of this particular brand it is a good bargain. I have purchased several pairs of this product and they are very comfortable and my feet don’t ache after a full day of walking. Good inserts and came be machine washed or hand cleaned when required.

These are sturdy with a high arch and feel very solid. Just what I was looking for. I have high arches and every pair of insoles I have purchased in the last few years have been pathetic as far as arch support. Since you can’t buy a pair of shoes with decent arch support already in them, these are the solution. They do not have any gel, thank goodness. Just good solid high arches with slight cushioning.I will know more once I have worn them for a while, but for now, they seem just the ticket.Side note: I wear a women’s 9 and bought the 9 – 9 1/2 size. They fit perfectly into my ten-year-old Keen sandals, breathing new life into them.

I have flat feet and wanted to give myself some support for the arches of my feet with some shoe inserts. I found these and thought they may be alright but wasn’t sure so figured I’d try them out especially for the price in comparison to other brands. I received them on February 13th and not even 2 weeks after having them (I do wear them in my daily shoes working on my feet for 9 hours, 5 days of the week) today February 24th the sole started to peel and now is uncomfortable on my heel. They felt nice and supportive under my feet during the day. I didn’t previously have any foot pain and I still don’t, but I did feel a nice support in my arch having these inserts in my shoes. Just disappointed that they didn’t last me very long.

My podiatrist recommended these. After using them in my shoes and farm boots for just over a day I know why. I’ve never felt better inserts! I bought two pair and they run true to size and my achy feet don’t hurt tonight. That’s the first time in ages I can say that. I’m diabetic and have post-polio so my feet hurt most of the time. I’m so happy to find something this reasonably priced that works so well.

    36. J. R.

I received a pair of these through the Amazon vine program to review for free. They function well, but I do wish they had a bit more bounce. However, insoles, as with everything, are skyrocketing in price. This is now my go-to pair to purchase, and they keep my feet feeling great when I’m working and hiking. My previous go-to brand was Spenco, and like I said, I like a little bounce so I prefer them. But Spenco is 167% more expensive than these as I write this, and I’m more than happy with the way these keep my body feeling well.

I ordered these for my Fitville Pickleball shoes for added arch support. I play 6 days a week 2 plus hours a day, so I am hard on shoes. With these supports in, I absolutely love them. Super comfortable, great support, stay to form. Didn’t get hammered out like the original shoes insoles.

At first, I liked the Walk Hero insoles, (they are comfortable) but I had put them in my slippers with a shearling insole over it, which soaked up any sweat (gross, I know!) But using in my regular shoes, they made my feet sweat profusely, and caused bacteria to grow, causing gross-smelling foot odor! I bought new slippers, and was using just the Walk Hero insoles. I now have my slippers sitting, filled with baking soda, to try and dissipate the odor. Hopefully, I don’t have to throw out my new slippers! I did throw away the insoles! (Eww!) Maybe use with Odor Eaters! LOL I can’t recommend.

I’ve searched for a long time trying to find the best inserts for my shoes… These are wonderful! They fit perfectly in boots, sneakers, slides, clogs, etc. They also last quite a while! I can absolutely tell a difference when I’m barefoot or in shoes without the inserts.
