The coin holders and wrappers are easier and faster to get the job done.

My son had a lot of coins that were thrown everywhere. He is 6 and still a busy body. So I came on Amazon for a bank like machine and saw a cheaper way to organize. And these color coin holders helps him learn how to count and organize his own coins.

Needed a basic coin sorter to get through a bucket of coins. Didn’t want to spend a bunch on an electric sorter, and wasn’t in a rush to get the coins sorted. I set up a cardboard box to stick the sorting tubes in so I can leave them standing up on the counter and sort coins a little at a time. Came with plenty of wrappers so I should have enough to last a while. I didn’t want to bother with going to a bank since I want to check the bucket for wheathead pennies and other old coins before they disappear, so now I can look through the coins and toss them into the right tubes. I can bring the wrapped coins to work to swap out, since we need coins in the register anyway. Excess coins slide out of the tubes so the correct amount is in each one when full. The funnel section is convenient so you can slide coins straight in if you have them spread out on a table. Paper tubes slide into the sorter easily. Crimp one end partway and flip it over to extract the coins and get the other side folded up.

The tubes make wrapping change much easier. Sooooo many coin rollers.

Have had a large quantity of coins. I put off sorting and wrapping. These worked well. I was quickly able to count, wrap and deposit at bank. Now, I won’t need these until I have a quantity of coins again.

When I first purchased this item, I assumed the slits in the sides would be the indicator that the role was full. But in reality, you still have to count your coins, and a full roll is just under the slit on the side. Once counted and put into the applicator, it makes loading the rolls so much faster and easier. To me, it was worth the extra money for the applicators Just for the time saved not having to shove coins into the papers by hand. The plastic seems pretty durable and so far it is functioning very well

I had $485 of assorted coins in a bucket and didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a coin sorting. I purchased this little kit, sat in front of the TV and was done rolling my coins in no time. The funnels measure accurately making it a quick roll. Great value for the money
