This “Floor Lamp” came in a box 13″L x 11″ W x 3″D. The assembly instructions were in the lamp “shade”. I think the other reviewers must have had more patience and skill than I did. I could have used a second set of hands for assembly. I also do not need the remote function so I don’t have a review of that piece.It was relatively easy to screw in each section of the lamp body, but the base and the cap for the bulb and shade were very difficult for me. The base is solid and heavy which is good for stability, but scary trying to screw the thin tube of the lamp body in to it.The socket is made of plastic and the housing has a clearly printed warning to not exceed 60W. I’m afraid to put anything even close to that in it.Let’s move onto the “roll of paper towels” aka Lamp Shade. In the box it was rolled in the OPPOSITE direction of assembly. It is secured by hook and loop tape (velcro). Try getting that to stick together. I expect it to POP in the middle of the night and scare the beejeebies outta me.I guess I got what I paid for, but I will be looking for another floor lamp. This one does not suit the purpose I had in mind. It’s cheap, though.

This lamp is perfect for my space. I put it together on a Sunday evening after 💨 and 🍻 a bit. Took about 10 minutes and barely read the instructions. Very straightforward. I hit the ceiling fan with it (see above) and it barely took a licking. Set in the dark corner of my bedroom that needed some love. I love the different settings and minimalist design.

I purchased two of these lamps and I am glad to say that one remote controls both lamps. I just clicked the power button with both lamps off, and Walah, they were synched and work together with all remote functions. Although they do not light up the space as I had intended, I made some adjustments and just placed them both on my desk after I reduced their height to suit my needs. I will provide photos at a later date. Very easy to assemble and they work like a charm. Oh, they look good on my desk as a pair. I have a rising standing desk, so just standing them on the floor, on the desk corners were not an option for me, due to the placement of my monitors and the height of the desk once raised. So I decided to make them desk lamps.

Purchased this for some more modern and elegant lighting for our living room. Mission Accomplished. These were very easy to assemble, and are very slim and take up very little space. It has many different settings depending on your preference, and all these settings can be controlled by the remote, which is very convenient. The stem is very slim so it allows for your space to have a sleek and more modern look to it, but at the same time can give a lot of light if that’s the setting you choose. Perfect for what we were looking for as we also have a smaller living room space, looks amazing in our living room.
