While it comes just short of being full size, and I do find myself making more mistakes than I would on a proper laptop keyboard, it’s quite nice to type on, especially for something so thin. The trackpad, even, is serviceable, if a bit small. It attaches to the tablet very easily, and even sort of protects the bottom of the tablet from bumps since it protrudes from it. About the only thing you could really complain about is the lack of a backlight, but for the price that’s an acceptable tradeoff, as you can, with a little practice, touch type on this pretty easily. The hinge as well, is quite nice, giving you a decent range of motion, but snapping nice and securely to the tablet when you don’t need it. It can come off while setting it up if you’re a little rough with it, but that’s just a matter of being a bit mindful when you set it up.As a complete aside, and something I found quirky and amusing: This cover doesn’t come with that standard pungent electronics factory smell. It appears to have been washed, or at least perfumed, as it has a slightly sweet detergent-like aroma emanating from it out of the box (and no, I don’t go around sniffing my electronics, I could smell it just from having the thing in front of me). A nice touch, I guess?

Purchased the Amazon Fire Max 11 Keyboard Case which was a return (I guess) because I gave it a second life. The Case was beautiful and was well packaged. It fit perfectly and looks great. Added sturdiness to the tablet in case of a drop. I was afraid to use it (the tablet) because it was so perfect. I was afraid I would drop it or some other terrible thing before I could get it cased up and ready to go. SOOOOOOOO happy with it. The tablet performs much better than my IPAD Pro. It is fast! This case and the tablet is what I am going to get my grandkids for Christmas this year, ONLY because they are so nice. Bright screen that can be read while at the beach in the bright sunlight. Could never do that with my IPad Pro. I highly recommend it. Be sure and get the Microsoft package with it. Best protection for my FIRE. Lovely.

Really nice case. Love the denim feel. Great tactile key feedback.My only criticism is the back cover. It secures with magnets, but they aren’t strong enough to prevent the cover from moving/coming off when you fold the stand back. Either the magnets need to be stronger, or the kickstand should be on a hinge for easier unfolding.

I got this as a bundle with my Fire Max 11. Sometimes I want to use a real keyboard for quick and easier typing. It also has a touch pad that works like a mouse in laptop. The Keyboard case is connected to the tablet through wires and pin contacts. It doesn’t require batteries or charging. The key travel is descent as the layout. It is on the small side but never had issues typing on it. It is indeed not a heavy duty case keyboard but for clean areas at home or in office. There are some other after market products that are made to handle harsh environments …

The Keyboard is nice, good quality, but there is a but. The Amazon Fire Max 11 tablet is so heavy, that there is an imbalance in weight, because the keyboard is light. It’s something you have to feel for yourself. But even worse, the light keyboard case makes it heavier. In all, it’s heavy, and it makes it less ultra portable. The other problem is that I have to disconnect the keyboard because there isn’t a button to stop accidentally touching buttons.

I love that the keyboard can attach magnetically. I switch frequently between taking the keypad with it and leaving it at home. Don’t expect for this to be a protector from any heavy impact, but as a case with a keyboard, it works excellent. Keys feel very nice to type on

This is the perfect companion for my Fire Max 11. Love the extra features like the touchpad and you can even turn that part of the keyboard when you are using the pen, which I also got from Amazon. Never needs to be charged, doesn’t use Bluetooth because of the magnetic connection. Lightweight and just the perfect size

I absolutely love Kindle products, but this one is better than all of the others combined. I use my table for school to take notes. There are several apps in the app store that you will be able to use if note-taking is your goal. The keyboard is great, it’s thin and it has a trackpad. The keyboard is very usable and accurate. The connectivity is instantaneous. It isn’t heavy and the elongated screen is great; I really appreciate that I can adjust the brightness of the screen. The super awesome thing for me is the PEN; I love it. It uses a AAAA, super small battery. But you can find that here on Amazon. You don’t have to worry about charging it and it’s magnetic, so you’ll be able to keep up with it. The quality of the screen is comparable to the iPad. Why pay more? I am sure that this new Kindle Max 11 will take a bite out of Apple’s bottom line. If you are looking for additional feedback, try YouTube, you will find a lot of happy buyers like myself. Surprisingly good performanceI was concerned at first about the RAM only being 4GBBut I haven’t noticed any real limitations so farThis this is very fast and smooth and responsive.The tablet does have few minor annoying quirksLike the power button and volume rocker and charge port layout.The build quality on this tablet feels amazing though.The folio keyboard and cover do make the tablet feel significantly heavier.Even just using the cover without the keyboard it feels a lot heavier l.The sound is not the loudest but it is adequate.The one real annoying thing I find about this tablet is the device dashboard button on the nav bar.If I am holding the tablet in portrait mode and trying to type may palm keeps hitting the button for the device dashboard.This tablet has much smaller bezels which is great and it is heavy so this contributes to the device dashboard button being pressed unintentionally.A simple update to make the device dashboard button moveable so it could be slid over just an inch would be nice.A better idea would be to have the device dashboard button auto hide itself whenever the onscreen keyboard is popped up.This way there is no chance of hitting it.It would be nice to be able to move it to the right side too.I also wish there was an option for gesture navigation instead of the nave bar.Something I had hard time getting used to with the newer Android versions but now have gotten so used to it I actually miss it.This tablet feels ultra premium in every way it just these minor annoyances.There is no reason to spend a lot of money on a premium iPad pro or other high end tablet unless you are a hardcore content creator.This tablet is pretty great for the price or is when on sale.
