It’s good cheap item to have to have a peace of mind..Quality wise… the plastic feels very cheap. I want to test the effectiveness of breaking glass but I don’t have the resources.

Wanted these just in case. At only 5 dollars a product I couldn’t pass on having them in my car. Amazing price.

I bought two. One for the car and the other is for my soundproof recording booth. In the past there have been narrators who ended up trapped in their booths and died when the inner door handle snapped off. Now while it is true that I could break the thick glass door with my “it cost me an arm and a leg, Neumann microphone. I think that for only ten dollars it is a good investment in protecting my life, career and cash.

Well made. Should work in an emergency situation. I like having in my car—just in case.

They’re heavy on the end to break glass and long enough to get a good solid swing. The seat belt cutter is very sharp, practicesd with some MIL Grade rope and it cut like butter.

Hopefully we’ll never need to actually use this but it’s comforting to have nonetheless!

Thank God, I did not have to use it so far and I hope I never do. But I did give one to my daughter because she does have children. God forbid she has to cut her children out of the car or break a window to get in her car. Everyone with the kids are not should have this tool readily available in your car.

I have always wanted the extra protection of having a tool in the car to assist with getting out should an emergency happen. This hammer and cutter is perfect for such an occasion. It is easy to grip should it be necessary to break the window. As for the cutter, it seems smaller than it should be. However, in an emergency, I feel something is better than nothing. I was recently on a bus and their emergency cutter was strictly dedicated to just removing a seatbelt. This apparatus is two in one, which explains why the cutter apparatus is a little small. Otherwise, this tool would be rated with five stars.

We hope to never need these, but should be in all cars automatically by the car company! Glad to have and so inexpensive.

Saw a lot of videos about this product so I was inclined to buy it just to provide some safety comfort in my mind. One is in my car & another is in my husbands car. Seems very sturdy but I hope to never have to use it.

This tool is light, works great and is a great value for the money. It could stand to be just a little shorter to fit better in a turn out gear pocket. Would still recommend.

I bought these after the Baltimore bridge collapse and put one in my car and one in my wife’s. I hope we never have to use them but the size and quality appears as advertised.

Well made. Wish it came with an easier way to attach to the car. I ended up using 3M double sided taped & stuck it to the passenger seat footwell area but it still fell down after a couple of months. Don’t want to drill holes into the trim or anything but this tool should be stored in an easy to reach place (ie. not the glove compartment or centre council) so it’s hard to find a good spot for it.

Title: The Lifesaver You Never Knew You Needed: Glass Break Hammer & Seat Belt CutterReview:In the realm of automotive safety, there exists a product so crucial, yet so often overlooked, it baffles the mind. The Glass Break Hammer and Seat Belt Cutter is a device that embodies the very essence of being prepared for the unexpected. It’s a stark reminder that safety should never be compromised, and for something so vitally important, it is shockingly inexpensive.Living in an area close to any body of water or even just being on the road where wildlife is present, the danger of an unforeseen plunge into water is a harrowing possibility. The scenarios are numerous and not always predictable: a deer darting across the road, a sudden swerve to avoid an obstacle, or a loss of control on a slippery path can lead to a life-threatening situation where seconds count. The thought of being trapped in a sinking vehicle is terrifying, yet, for those armed with this device, it’s a situation they can escape from. This hammer is not just a tool; it’s a lifeline. Its design is ingeniously simple yet profoundly effective. The hardened point focuses the force of your strike, enabling you to shatter car windows with minimal effort. This feature is crucial, as standard automotive glass is designed to resist impact, making it nearly impossible to break with bare hands or even with ordinary objects found in a vehicle. Moreover, the seat belt cutter is a testament to the thoughtful consideration put into this tool’s design. In the panic and disorientation that follows a crash landing in water, a jammed seat belt becomes a trap. The built-in razor of this device cuts through seat belts like butter, ensuring that you can free yourself swiftly and safely. It’s a small, unassuming tool that fits easily in your glove compartment or door pocket, yet it holds the power to save your life. Its value far exceeds its cost, making it an essential item for every car owner in America. Whether you’re driving by a lake, along a river, or just to the grocery store, the reality is that accidents can happen to anyone, anywhere. While we all hope never to face such a dire situation, owning this Glass Break Hammer and Seat Belt Cutter provides not just a means of escape, but peace of mind. It’s a small investment in your safety and well-being, and a product that every vehicle should be equipped with. May you never have to use it, but should the moment arise, you’ll be grateful to have it at arm’s reach.

Thankfully, I haven’t had a chance to use them yet, but these seem sturdy. I attached one with velcro inside my center console and gave the other to my sister to put in hers. It’s nice knowing that I’m prepared for an emergency and that my sister is, too. I think everyone should have safety equipment in their car and be prepared for the worst.
Elle Dolezel –
Chris Gideon –
Good quality and easily mounted for quick access. Every vehicle should have at least one of these. You just never know when you’re going to need it. Seconds count.
